I bought apple watch 6 from Sharaf DG and I was unable to pair it with my iphone 11. And when I went back to Sharaf DG they said it was an update issue and will be sorted out in 10 to 20 mins by any authorized apple service provider.I explained my issue with the ABMCARE reception and the lady straight way lied on my face telling me to come tomorrow as there was no technician available today.She just took iphone of the earlier customer inside to get it checked by the technician. More over I had called them in the morning for an appointment for checkup and they didnt inform about non availability of technician then.Very very disappointing. I guess ABMCare doesnt entertain customers having warranty on their devices

Hello everyone I was visited here yesterday .My iPhone 11 much have front camera problem bcz it wet in my jeans pocket last 3 days so before 3 day the camera is blurry and now it’s fully not working I can’t see my self in front camera.I just go to sharafDG they said its much problem and it will take 7 to 15 days they recommend me to ABMcare to go there. they will fix it in just 1 or 2 hours but they are the same 🤦🏻😰

Very unhappy with the service provided to my Macbook. Interested in only replacement and looting customer. Even basic checks and cleaning is not done when I refused to go for replacement looking at exorbitant charge. Realised very basic issue. Be careful.

Awesome service centre for apple products. I had an issue with my Macbook Pro 2015 and they fixed the entire hardware issues. I am really proud to use an Apple product because of their Apple support team. The customer service agent who guided me to this service centre saved me. Very very poor service, and poor phone customer service.I gave them my mobile on Monday and tell Thursday my mobile is not yet done, their reason that they have many phones for repair and their other response that in the paper they gave it to me is written it will take 3-7 day, so you have to wait more days to receive my phone.I dont advice any one to use their service look for other apple service provider better than them

They have a good clean store and the staff are decent and polite while helping you with questions you have. The problem is their policy as I was looking for a replacement battery for my Macbook and told me that they could not replace the battery only but practically half the system.Since my laptop is vintage they would have to check their stock and if they could not find it they would charge me 200 dhs just for having my laptop sit with them. Not a good policy and repair stores should stop charging customers ridiculous charges like this.

They are authorized by apple.They are reasonably quick & will never try to hassle you.

I had charging issue on my Iphone 7. After visiting them, they confirmed it is due to few cotton stuck inside the charging port and needs only cleaning. They removed it and when I asked for payment they charged me nothing.The reason for writing this is that they could have lied to me and charged me something by building up some issues.Thank you for being honest and for your great service

This authorised reseller provides no service: no technician available... want to hang on to the PC for 2 days charging AED 250 for a diagnostic check when the PC is already recommending to replace the battery... and then order a battery spare part for 3/5 days... terrible service & advice, completely useless

They dont hv immediate solutions but is better than apple store as it aint rushy or crowded .

Highly recommended!!!!But you have to Make sure you have back up your contacts & photos for faster service... They do not provide back-up services! Also you have to make sure you can turn off / on your ICLOUD ID / APPLE ID for iphones, ipads, iwatches & ipods. IT IS A MUST! every APPLE user have this as it serves as your authentication or security. Thanks to the customer service who have assisted me for guiding me correctly. Thanks to the technician who have resolved my iphone issue! - I had a battery replacement from them for my iphone 6s also my speaker was very low volume already i guess because it’s old. I was lucky they have available stock they replaced it less than an hour. And they have special brush like magic that my speaker is fabulous as ever now... Job well done guys! I’m happy with the service.

The worst service in my life,I gave my beats for repair and they told me to wait for 3-5 days. I had to wait for 3 weeks before it came and they didnt even give me a discount at the end. Moreover, at the beginning I got a message from the center telling me its ready and when I went there they told me it hasnt arrived yet. They repeated this 3 times. So, I went there 3 times for nothing. Even when I tried to make a complain the manager wasnt there.

Had given my iphone X yesterday to the abmcare for repairing as it was restarting frequently and all of a sudden got shut down , never switched ontoday i received an email from them that they couldnt restore the iphone through itunes and gave a quotation for exchanging with new iphone x for 2488! i declined as its not worth it and collected the iphone backThe phone works like a charm now as i restored it through the itunesso im not sure whether they have any proper technician or they were trying loot money from me

Worst place to get your phone fixed, took my iphone x in for a screen problem. took one week for them to get back to us, only to say they’ll give me a new phone because they ruined my phone trying to fix it!! and also i specifically said i wanted all my data backed up and not earsed and they earsed everything! would not recommend anyone to get their phone fixed here, very unprofessional and they dont even know what they’re doing.

Apple authorized customer care center located in Sharjah corniche. An average maintenance center with less staff to deal the customers. However productive in terms of customer queries and technical assistance once required.
