STAY AWAY!! Incorrect prints, late deliveries (I mean weeks late), refusal to refund until I threatened a police case, incompetent staff that don’t understand basic instructions and take no responsibility for their errors, ignored messages, fabricated stories about broken printing machines. Just overall a terrible company to work with that caused me so many delays in my production that I lost a lot of business. I’m warning you all to stay away.

They always promise false delivery days even after paying immediately and sending the order through. Most emails, messages and calls go unanswered. I call and eventually get through to Victor, who promises the prints by the next day.Next day I send another mail, obviously no response so I call again and eventually get through. I get told that the factory messed up and I need to resubmit my order. Also I am promised delivery that same day.So I send an email pleading with them to get back to me and again and unsurprisingly, no response.I contacted them on March 14th to get a QUOTE. Thats 10 days. NOT 1... I have recieved numerous excuses, over WhatsApp, because their email communication is non-existent. I have never had such bad service in my life.Stay away. Im sure there are enough printing companies to find somebody with more integrity for the smaller orders.
