Really bad experience. Ms. Nissan and Mr. Ahmed promised to give me a quote by 1:00pm. I called and was told it will be sent to me shortly. I called again at 4:00pm and was again promised a quote within few minutes. The whole day passed, and I haven’t heard from them. If they take so long now, I wonder how long they would take to finish my product packaging.If they cannot stand up to their promises now, they won’t in the future either. I decided to go with another company who was more helpful and reliable.

This will be my LAST order as Ive always need to wait for their driver after office timings to get my order. You should orient your staffs to be punctual and professional. The sales consultant Rima made me pay thru link without informing me for the extra charges, and even I calculated the percentage, it was more than what i need to settle. Really disappointing and i will never ever order again!!!
