Its ok. Expensive compare to outside. Hoping quality comes out good. I visited branch in Sharjah (Rameez Mall). They do not offer alteration service there, its available only in Times square Dubai branch. Secondly, they are not flexible with refunds. In case you buy uniform but size does not fit, they shall not offer alteration, no refund. Only credit note. Client must be refunded if product is returned in original pack and intact condition.

Fairly organised, with token and appointment s. Advisable to visit in off peak hours to avoid long que specially post school vacations.

They never pick up the phone. My sons shirt size was not available. They said they will call once the stock arrives. But after 4 days I tried calling this branch at least 15 times. No one picked up. Ultimately I had to visit the store, only to find out that the stock is not available yet. I had to travel all the way to find this? Why is there no one to pick your calls? Very pathetic is the least I can say.

Nice place but the staff are too lazy to work... you take an appointment on the slowest website ever and go there and take a token and wait outside standing or sitting and wait and wait till your turn comes and in the store hardly any customers.... staff are standing doing nothing.....just a fuss and chaios on the door and in the store counters are empty...dressing rooms are empty... very disappointing. Very expensive and the size I requested for a jacket was out of stock (like most stuff are out of stock) so the sales gave me a jacket from a totally different school!!!!!! Are you serious????????

Was very crowded this past weekend before schools started. Located next to the area where COVID-19 tests were being carried out in mall - unsafe for visitors! Too many schools uniforms being sold here, other stores or schools themselves should take over this responsibility, at least partially. Staff was visibly overwhelmed and unable to handle the rush plus multiple demands from buyers. Slow service.

Very small, crowded place, not managed very will, should have appointments or should segregate days for each school as it has uniform for around five schools. We took more that hour and half to take the clothes and the sizes were not available

Such a usleless store i have ever seen.todat visited store for my daughter uniform, literally waited more than 15 minutesst to ge bill done. 7 persons standing over counter but useless, literally 2 customers only including me. such a awful experience.there is no zero rating in GOOGLE, otherwise i have opted less than zero.they dont desrve single star also.

Before buying from sharjah store, check also with dubai threads store. The quality of uniforms is not good. Also no uniformity between sharjah and dubai stores. In sharjah selling polyester and in dubai selling cotton for the same price.

Wow. Had a great experience with threads. Very polite and friendly environment. We took appointment and went to collect GCS uniform. Very well trained in COVID-19 suitation, all the trial uniforms are sanitized before trial and after. Uniforms are available for quite a few GEMS, and other schools too, but if possible try coming or ordering online before 15 days of the school reopening as stocks will get over and sizes will not be available.Costs are on par with GEMS and other threads branches.If custom fittings are needed, be ready for time and costs to increase.Alterations, if possible, get them done elsewhere.

Its a shame threads is a big company and they dont have permanent tailor in sharjah ramez branch. He comes 2 hours ons one Saturday. Prices are also expensive. Its a monopoly and a tool to pressurize parents to buy from one shop only whereas there are other cheaper options in market
