H&M here is marvelous, literally the staff there is very cooperative and provide thier full service, I was there and couldnt find a shirt size and the guy looked for it a long time and found it for me, Strongly Recommended

Worst online service. required too many follow ups with extra delay and extension of time without any action. return few products but they did not refund the money since 5 months. every time i follow up customer service responds to wait for 7-14days and the amount will be in the account but nothing since 5 months. very bad service and response.
