A very old local open-air market for excellent services and best prices for bedsheets, and especially curtains. Various fabrics also available at incredible prices. Dont forget to bargain! The shopkeepers work very hard in the heat, but are always well mannered and polite. Market is always clean also.

Al Guwair Market is small bazar area in Rolla, Sharjah, near Rolla Mall. It is not easily found for a turist, but local people all know the area. It is said to be an Indian market area, meaning that shopkeepers come from Pakistan, India or so. I dont know if it is true or not, but use to visit there quite often when I am in Sharjah. Al Guwair Market is a very cheap place to buy material for womens dresses, you can buy there children clothets, and there are nowadays a few kandora shops, too. Toys for children are mostly, I think, poor quality. But you can do good findings there, too. In my pic you see two pairs of shoes, which I bought there with 25 euro. Al Guwair Market is a good place try your bargaining skills.

AL Ghuwair market is an old market in shariah near clock Tower. Toys , clothings, cosmetics , perfumes all what you need is available there. Most of the trader are from india and paksitan. Arab and other people always come to shop in this old market . There is a small Masjid in the center of the market . Market will be closed during Friday prayer time and open after the Friday ceremon.. you will get a street like experience when you shop from there.
