Would not recommend them, if anyone one is looking for urgent attestation. While collecting documents from the customer, they would send person immediately, when returning, they would take their own good time and then finally you have to collect yourself. For simple updates repeated calls and mails from customer side are required. The staff is arrogant and makes the customer feel that by doing their duty, they are doing a big favour to the customer. Please be courteous and not arrogant, would not like to mention any staff names.

Not sure if i was the unlucky one out but i have been completely let down by them. They Collected my documents in the first week of November and till date didnt get a single update from their end.. i keep calling and get no response.. Numbers on the delivery slip dont work.. and Please DO NOT believe them when they say 12 days or 15days .. cos that clearly didnt happen and i had to pay a fine for delayed visa renewal..

I gave them a document right during the pandemic and it was delayed largely due to the situation.I really struggled to get a clear response though since their operatives would never give a clear response.However Mr. Mohamed Kadeer is one guy who really took it seriously towards the end when I explained him my situation and urgency he really helped a lot and was updating me on regular basis. Eventually the document was received.Overall good services. Just one suggestion to the management please ensure that your operatives give a clear proper response like Mr. Mohamed Kadeer does.

It is important to know that during Covid 19, a timeline with best of intentions can get disrupted especially if some documents have to be certified in Abu Dhabi because the city is still closed to the rest of the U.A.E.. It is important to lay out your expectations with your POC at Genius. He/She will return with a realistic timeline to process your documents. If you dont ask the questions and dont state your needs and you get nervous it is your fault, they are doing their best. Last minute, hammy hammy does not exist anymore. We are on Covid 19 time. Plan ahead.In my case, I had 1 documents and it needed to go to Abu Dhabi. Kadeer, my POC, was upfront with the difficulties and offered a timeline that was fairly accurate to reality. Kadeer was excellent at updating the status of the process. I found their fees were reasonable if taking into consideration that 2 of the 3 certifications/attestations had to be done in AD. The fees included all fees, fees charged by the official organizations to stamp the document, Geniuss fees and DHL courier service to send the document to Thailand.Thank you for a job well done and on time (almost :). Re-think before you give them the documents for attestation, they do marketing by 10days they will get it done, but i received after a month. So if you are in really hurry never go to them, and the response while follow up is very bad either you should speak with the same person you have submitted the document to get proper answer. The reason why i am saying this is, a person asked me do you have any proof like mail or message stating that we will give you in 10days and other i am not working in embassy, even after paying a good amount why we should listen to this kind of answers. This is my happening with Genius!!

Hi I requested for Indian embassy attestation..took more than 1.5 months to get it back..but with incomplete attestation means they didn’t do attestation for Indian councilate and mofa...atleast they have to attend call in working hours ..no responce from them .and in whatsapp also same result many msgs but in reply they said mofa and Indian councillate is pending and not mentioning the reason y...really such a bad experience and bad customer service...

Never give any certificates for attestation to this people, Really they making fool .i given my certificate on April 4 th 2019,They told me 14 working days, till today (26 th June-19) i didnt receive the item. because of that i loose my visa and new job.big loss for me, please take care.

As a personal experience it cannot be any worse.Assured that they are capable of attesting my document on time, failed of course, and had to chase them to get my document back.I was quoted AED500 fee for what actually cost more than AED 1,500; makes it clear that they were clueless and just took the job on hopes not experience.Went personally and met them later, the what so called manager! Defense was that they check the steps and try to complete the job. Other staff comment was “just apologize to him”By the way, I realized how disastrous they are when they said they will attest my Arabic document from an European embassy without translation, if their vast experience can get them to complete it here, how can I teach the government authorities over there Arabic to understand the document.Seeing other reviews, if it’s not a common easy job, save yourself and don’t approach them.

Worst service ever. Task was to attest one (1) German certificate (university degree).I have never heard so many excuses why this still not happened in 12 weeks time for more than 3000 Dirham. Mr. Theyus is very polite but a way to poor in logic explanations.

FAKE FAKE FAKE, BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!This review is purely based on my experiences with Genius attestation.These people take your money in advance before starting any process and stop replying to your messages or emails. And don’t believe in their tacking site. It’s just fake. Last one all the reviews you see on their site is by their own people.Here is my case. For immigration purposes I needed a Qatar PCC. I searched online and found out this agency called ‘Genius Attestation’ As soon as I opened the site chat window appeared and Abiraame Venkataraman from Sharjah office started chatting with me. She said its 2800AED for the Qatar PCC and said me to send my email id and she said she will send all the details.I checked my email and there was an email from abiraame.Email said they would start the process as soon as I make payment of 2800AED, I wire transferred the amount as they said it will take only 10-15 working days.I started contacting them after 15 working days. Every time I called Sharjah office she started coming up with new reason, like I am sick, the person who submitted your docs in on leave.I gave it a wait for few more days. I asked my friends in Doha and Dubai to contact these guys. They came up with new excuse these times telling your application is rejected and we can’t refund your money back.They didn’t provide me any proof that they applied, or the application rejected.After waiting for two months, I came to Qatar and applied PCC at CEID myself, hey took two days and I have my PCC in hand. I felt so happy and relieved.I went to Genius attestation office in Doha C Ring Road Corner, just to ask if they can refund my money back and I knew they will come with some excuse. SALAM who works their spoke with me at the start he said the application got rejected couple of times. When I asked for proof he was not able to provide. When I started asking him for my money back he came up with another excuse saying he didn’t get any confirmation from Sharjah office.I lost my money.
