If I could give zero stars, I would. The service here is absolutely appalling, in fact the worst I have ever seen in a store. We were almost begging for a salesperson to assist us with queries and prices, and we have three bathrooms to be fully renovated and a decent budget to spend. I have never seen such useless, least proactive and unprofessional salespeople. We must have spoken to 4 different people, trying to get information from whoever would just assist us so we could finalize a purchase and they were all equally uninterested. So of course, we left without buying anything.

I was searching for tiles but saw the reviews and all of them are complaining on your sales team, better to work on it and terminate all of the sales, bring new sales and then start working

Please avoid this place just Horrible!!Just a terrible experience we’ve ever had,poor customer service.No greetings or any sort of welcoming attitude.Staff ignore you the minute you walked in and you have to literally ask to be attended to.One staff in particular named Bilal needs to be trained on how to be professional and with people’s skills.He got our orders wrong and forced us with the items we did not want.When we refused to accept the items and wanted to exchange peacefully he turned into a beast and start cursing us out,fortunately he found his match and it almost got physical with stuff being thrown and curse words..Next time I will read the reviews before visiting any store in UAE.By the way google forced to give atleast 1star otherwise I wouldn’t give them any maybe sh** emoji!!💩Someone named Atefa tefa here posted Bilal’s photo,surely for same reason!!

I rate the quality of the products only as 5 star. Good faux marble design and modern tiles. Very proud of this Emirati company.Terrible terrible customer service. Uninformed staff , no basic customer respect or knowledge. My mother was left standing for half an hour while the guy was sitting down the whole time. Staff is ignorant of sizes and tiling, do your own research online and just order from them. More than half the items on the website are not on show, better option is to go direct to Ras Al Khaimah and see all the options at their factory. This showroom is too small and the location is terrible, no parking and you will just get stuck in traffic every time. Go to Rak, maybe the staff there is nicer !
