11 July 2021Went to buy a replacement SIM card. Two self operated machines were showing some issues. The counter person came with me and helped with getting dispensed which was a new experience. Instead of waiting in long queue to hey a new ot replacement SIM card is over. You can get them via ATM with Emirates ID is very good change.

Have you visited the store? Want to pay bills, ID renewal? Use machine.Want to cancel any of your subscription ask the receptionist, they will give you toll-free number where a representative will guide you. The store is mainly for sales. Now a days very crowded. Sure one has to wait at least half an hour for their turn.

They should respect customer time. At peak hours you may have to wait more than 3 hours. Representative must behave respectfully and guide customers with full dedication. One of guy in the office have mastery in lying .

Etislat - No printed receipt for service. Agree. No message too...No e mail for complaint which I made here.

2nd time in my life i found very prompt service IN ETISALAT Mega Mall outlet

Its pathetic treatment over there. Please dont ever visit this business centre either go to midriff city centre or dragon mart 2.I have visited for transfer of elife connection from international city to sharjah Muweilah Area.They are saying its impossible and the reasonis is this du area and cant be changed to etisalat. If you want etisalat cancel the present service and pay 1051dhs.I was in a state of shock why should I pay so much. I visited to midriff city centre ranch they are saying within 5mins its done sir. Then I shared this incident of mine in mega mall. They say most of them doesnt even know about the product. Such people have been employed there in mega mall. That gusy name I dont remember please dont go to him ever in mega mall. He is curly hair thin guy I think he is an Egyptian. He should have some basic knowledge about his work not this way.. He is saying bluntly system not allowing to transfer the connection. I was literally shocked.

They dont know what we asking we cant find out wt they r saying, by end of the day u wont get ur work done

I wish I had anoption for 0 stars, I have been using Etisalat for 10 years now and this is the first time I was utterly disappointed, since the past 6 months I have been trying to resolve an issue, and each time they agree with me with no further action from the team, I have never seen horrible error made by the team and then on top of that demanding payment for services I paid cancellation for 6 months ago, I have now decided to contact TRA

Staffs are not helpful .. That too in the entrance the welcoming guy is trying to send all the customers back by telling some some reasons ! Counters are free but we need to stand in line for using machines for maximum services ! Forcing us to use machine !

Elife tv setup box keeps crashing. A robot thats of no help talks back when I call them for service assistance. At least give an option to talk to a real person.

Pathetic service.After spending AED 6000 a day before, I went to buy another product. They let me wait for more than 40 minutes and when my turn jumped to the proceeding token, the teller very rudely told me either take another token or leave.WOW!! this is an example of how monopolistic organization screw their loyal clients.

This outlet gave me one of worst experiences I had. The representative was not at all willing to listen and almost had me overpay my bill. In the end, he realized I was right but by that time I already lost the interest in availing the product due to their bad service. Will never visit Mega Mall outlet ever again.

Very very bad customer service. Inorder for us to change the ownership of a SIM, I had to visit the customer service three times and had to wait more than 1:30 hrs everytime. Worst service....!!!
