We thought our silk rug was ruined. After being damaged in shipping, we tried to get it cleaned by a local company who just made it worse. It looked unsalvageable! But Al Dar Carpets took the time to come out and see it, and let us know they could try to restore it. They offered to take it while we were on holiday, and we’re very prompt in both pickup and delivery. Incredibly, they restored it to about 95% of its original quality - absolutely gorgeous, and totally soft and nice to walk on again! We are so thrilled and will absolutely count on the for all our carpet needs in future. Highly recommended!
