I came there for washing my car and then when I came back the slider in the A/C was broken, even the carwash boy they knew they broke it, when I talked to the supervisor KHaled he told me to come back tomorrow, I came back after 2 days to give him time, when I came back in the morning he told me to go back in the afternoon, I came back again in the afternoon and he told me boss went home already, he told me it is just a simple problem, just putting it back without any adhesive and told me to use 1-2 times only, without any adhesive it is coming out when you touch it and he cannot dictate the owner how to use his own car. He also asked me to go to the scrap yart to look for it and come back and give him the bill because he don’t have time to look for it. It may cost only maybe less than 100 dhs but why should the customer waste his time, effort and petrol to fix the problem that you guys caused it. When I refused to search for that piece he told me it is my fault because he assumed that when I came there it is already broken, such a very bad customer service in throwing false accusation to your customer after you cannot fix the problem, they should fire him. I asked the boss number and talked to him in the phone and sent the photos, he told me that he will call me in the evening but until now nothing happens. I advise everyone to stay way from this carwash before your car gets more damage and it is quite expensive compared to other carwash. Please avoid them.

Chk price b4 starts changing oil. Supervisor provides a high price than the staff. All other staffs are friendly and service is also good. Actually can give 4 stars for the staff and service. But bcoz of the Supervisor, its 3 stars

Good service. But charges high on accessories. Today I saw management shouting at the staff in front of several customers, it was not right from the management to behave that way. I was disappointed.

They work insanely fast especially when it comes to oil change. For car wash services, there are times that they are not able to dry the car completely that when you drive away, the water left in the nooks and crannies of the car will drip out. However, they do a great job of cleaning the car inside and out. They are always jam packed so you have to wait in line before your car gets serviced. Cant wait to try their other services like full detailing and window tinting. Highly recommended!

I gave my car for detailing, they put the water in engine, and i had to replace 2 ignition coil, which cost me 600 dhs. I will not recommend to anyone. Mazda 3, white color, on 13 march, i came back three continuous days to show the problem, then i had no other option then to take mechanic and he told me 2 ignition coil were fused. And even my car mats were also misplaced.

Highly recommended for Car servicing/washing. Their rates are pretty okay for the service they provide:SUV full wash AED40/- & bodywash AED35/-Saloon car full wash AED35/- & bodywash AED30/-They have a lot of staff and their capacity is to wash/clean 10 vehicles at the same time.A quality vacuuming+drying+cleaning service is provided as part of washing.they have an in-house shop where you can buy windshield vipers, car batteries and fragrances etc.

Although took almost 1 hour, service cleaning was excellent, they clean the car very carefully and take every part seriously, a full wash will cost you 35 AED while in a petrol station it’s more than 40 AED and never as clean as they do. They cleaned it inside same as outside, excellence is their work I received, will definitely recommend and come back.

Visited this place 2 days back for oil change(10k sevice). Was welcomed by the owner. They have plenty of washing/cleaning and oil change bays. The guy who attended my car seems to have lot of experience. But i dont know why, they used Kixx oil instead of Total!!Also, changed my wiper blades and AC filter from here. Overall, im happy with the service.

Took my Altima for full car wash which includes underbody wash on 27.1120. The first step of washing the car underside and body including the engine bay was top notch. The next step of drying and vacuuming, taking out the carpet sheets were also very good. The charges for a sedan car is Dhs.35. Card Payments are also accepted. Keep the good work going guys!!!

Took more than one hour for a just a body wash. My car was left alone for 15min when I reached for the interior cleaning. In addition after all this wait the overall cleaning is below average. I had to dry out alot of spots all around of the car

Be careful with them they are cheating in Engine Oil Change, stay there, and Check the bottle they are charging for a full bottle and putting 3 to 3.5 litter oil in the car.They have one Egyptian he is lying that if they will putt full 4 litter oil in the call car will get damaged or leakage will be there.If you will check the price before getting the service they will quote less and cheat in the Oil quantity.Also, be careful with the Gallen seal while Oil change.This guy is a big thief and liar and the owner supports him for this.

I went with my 4X4 after the desert trip. It’s exterior was covered in dust and interior was filled with sand. Kudos to the staff they really reinstated my car back. Very hardworking and courteous staff. It’s too crowded on Saturday, even at 9:30 am there was a waiting, but all 4 stations were upto their speed.

Disappointing experience, i said full wash and payed 35dhs and they didnt wash engine bay, after i noticed the said next time and the cleaning guy wiped the engine bay and messed up the car

They are authorized center for Total Engine oil, I went there for total engine oil, later after filling the oil I found out that they filled some other brand oil and said the oil is the same.If I want some other oil, I would just got some other service center and pay way less.Just make sure they put the oil you went for.
