They catfish you by giving you a good price for the Tires and they say balancing is on them, then you later are surprised with the additional charges such as steering Alignment.When I went there, the two rear tires where different from what we agreed on.Make sure you check all the details as they must scam you.All exception to a guy called Muhammad in mechanical, he was very helpful.

The seller was a little bit pushy. but id still give star as the price i got for yoko geolander g015 was not too bad...not happy with the guy who was doing the wheel alignment...he gave very ridiculous quotation (min 200dhs for alignment) and showing very bad attitude towards customer...other than that other staff are ok..

Honestly, by far the best service i have received buying a tire in the UAE.I had a very odd request, and the sales team spent at least an hour showing me samples of sizes and brands to choose from.Further more the experience and care when it came to giving the best and safest advise was the best.Finally, the management team took time to check that all my requirements are met.Also the prices are very reasonable and fair...Definitely using Gulf Coast again...

Good Service for the Tires and Replacement Service.Although wheel alignment check was included in the package when I got the tires changed. However, there was no control over the pricing of wheel alignment. A 10 minutes service cost me a fortune. I think wheel alignment skills pay better than a managing director of company.

They are fraud. We went there for tire change, they said tire was ok. When we go for registration the tire was not pass they sold winter tire and they knew that is not allowed here in Uae. We came back for change and a lot of procedure, the person who sold is get angry. First of all they are the one who knew which is better. I dont recommend this shop. They are not polite specially u dont have bmw car or lexus. Very bad experience. A lot of tire shop and definitely i will not come back here..they should not get any star.

Recently visited Gulf Coast for tyre replacement, all the mechanical and office staff are skilled and friendly in dealing. Location and parking place is easily available. Inside waiting area is comfy and equiped to be there while work is being done on your vehical. They have good range of tyre brands, wheel alignment, balancing and other mechanical services are available.

The salesman is not respectful, their prices are 10% over the market price.Not worth pf your trust

I changed oil and filter for my Honda accord. The oil was leaking from next day and the engine was completely dry. They refused to give me my money back. Absolute fraud and thieves.

Even the sales manager will talk to you like a street shop staff (saleh) they dont even know how to talk to a lady, very manner less, the entire staff is so rude as they dont know customer service, they will work as a gang and just make you to pay unnecessary and you have to pay as your car is already in garage and they opened if you do not they will threatened you, my first and last visit to their shop and will never visit again and suggest all to not visit there.

Pathetic service by Gulf coast. I had fixed an all inclusive rate for new tyres and fixing via call with them in advance. After making me go all the way to Sharjah from Bur Dubai they blatantly deny agreeing that it was all inclusive and demanded to add VAT to the earlier price. Their attitude wasnt also customer friendly. It was more like, this is what you get, take it or leave it.We still thought of checking the tyres, but they had no proper labelling and specification sticker. Not really sure about genuinety.

Best place for your cars wheels. You will find everything you want. They have an air conditioned place where you can sit and relax while they work on your car. Worst ever, i went for tires replacement, once installed and balanced by them i have vibration in vehicle, they did the balancing 4 times and no use but miserable answers then eventually out of being helpless they claimed no responsibility and sent me to agent. Ironic is after each balancing i do i ask them to put same tore on different machine and ironically it comes with completely different reading although just been balanced by them. Anyway, i went to agent and immediately discovered issue with tires and replaced, blaming their balancing equipments are pathetic. Not recommended at all.

I changed my tyres last week in Sharjah branch, Bridgestone made in Japan four tyres and did road realignment by computer, I paid 2050 AED, my car was good before changing tyres but now after changing there is vibration in the car over 50 km per hour, I went to ajman branch they treat me badly and tried to solve after fighting but problem still exist, then I went to Sharjah branch yesterday they tried to solve but problem still exist then I asked them to give me technician to check they treated me very bad, and bring a man from another shop not related to the company, he tried to cheat me to do road realignment in his private shop manual with extra money, really very bad company with bad attitude
