Very good price and always negotiate, don’t accept first price

Before visiting the shop, i called them and ask for specific parts for specific car and they told me they have, then when i reached the shop and ask the same thing, they told me they dont have.this shop should have someone who can speak and understand english and should not tell customers on the phone that they have the parts where customer is looking for then when customer reached the shop they will just happily say they dont have it.if i can give this -5 star rating, ill do it!
