Dear buyersGmc & chevrolette are not bad carsBut regarding the warrantyThe company doesnt really cover the car from bumper to bumber all the way nope and the 5 years extended warranty doesnt really cover any thing so if you are planning to buy this car make sure you can afford the repaires because they are not really covered and build quality of the car is not that good

Drop your car for maintenance anytime day or night. Friendly staff and free coffee. I just wish they revise the price list.

Worst sales man.....if we go to showroom he wont mind us.....if we talk to him he dont reply and will b busy....if we call him wont pick call...if we contact in whtsapp no reply too.....worst showroom i hav eve visited....they dont give much preference to Indians i guess

I have no words to explain them. How nicely they cheat people. For oil change 1200 dhs which is done outside at liberty garage for 150 dhs.

The worst customer service and satisfaction in any agency I have encountered. They used to be very good. Now they are handling above their capacity. If you are planning to buy a GMC, Cadillac or Chevrolet.... pls dont you will always be waiting for your turn and lack of parts. They promise you for something and make you run after them.

If an employee is going on a break during working hours, then there must be a replacement. It’s absolutely unacceptable to arrive at the place and be told to wait for an hour. If you want your employees to go on a break with no substitute then close the center during this time and publicize that to customers so we refrain from coming during this time

Well their service is good never tried fixing my car with them so I dont know how is it like, but I took my car so many times for service and they do finish it the next day or maximum in two days plus you dont need to book for anything just take your car anytime and they will take it.

The srevice delivery is astonishingly slow. Very disorganised. Took 35 minutes for them to handover my Car after I had done the payment. Very disappointing.

Authorized dealer for GMC cars, trucks and SUVs. The showroom is not very spacious but shows most GMC vehicles available on the market. A friendly showroom manager supervises a team of pleasant staff in showing their cars. A service centre is located on the premises for servicing and repairs. As is often the case in Sharjah the dealership is located on a busy road in one of Sharjahs famed industrial areas.

Worst place to get your car serviced, it’s GM authorised service centre with Cadillac and all but centre feels like worse than Toyota or Nissan. Ppl are not helpful.

The most disastrous service ever. IF you take car to them, get ready to: leave your car for long there, call them many times, get a promise and never come back.

Tanweer the sales guy made it so easy to buy a car like heading to a super market and buy groceries. Very help full guy and I suggest you go and deal with him if you consider a GMC.

The only place to buy GM vehicles in Sharjah. Havent had any experience with them yet.
