We bought a carrom board from them. pathetic quality. the acrylic surface doesnt stick well and you can see bubbles all across the board. we bought 2 boards same on both, got replaced, still the same.if you call them the response is that it only impacts the aesthetics and not your play.. says a lot about their own expectations from their product..

We have been using a Carrom Board bought in a different country for the last few years. It was an average quality board. Its base was not exactly flat so we always had to put a small object under one corner to make the surface balanced. Over a period, certain unevenness developed on the playing area as well. Due to Covid related lockdown, we have been playing carrom regularly and were starting to get frustrated with the imperfections of the board. On a Friday evening, we went out to shop but found either low quality boards in shops or no stock whatsoever. Then I googled on “tournament carrom board” and found atn.ae. I contacted them and Farhan responded immediately although its a non-working day for them. He addressed my queries satisfactorily. They delivered the board next day. We found the board’s base to be absolutely flat which was a relief. But we noticed that one of the pockets was not fully sealed to the bottom of the board. This is a very minor thing but Farhan replaced it with a new board the next day while asking us to play and enjoy with it tillthe replacement. We also got a Carrom Board stand from him. With their board, the quality of our game improved significantly. The board plays like how a world class quality board should. This board’s price is similar to the much lower quality boards in shops, although the quality and finish of this board is many times superior to the ones we found in shops. Its been a joyful experience all along. I was pleasantly surprised with the attentiveness and customer satisfaction focused approach from Farhan and company. So delighted. Thanks very much Farhan.
