This is a place of unprofessional and rude workers.We were there because we want to buy PS4 and Neitendo games.One worker inside that store, turned my sons from a Virgin megastore fidel customers to a hating customers in 5 minutes and even more Now they are scared to pass in front of that store.The young customers are a priority in your niche of marketing choose your workers carefully.I DIDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Saeed Sami is the super man in virgin store . Very very helpful , I am giving 5 ⭐️ to sawed Sami . Previously We approached Apple support team 3 times and 3 different people and the service was horrible and wasted 4 hours . After that we approach Apple store Dubai , Mr petter and he was also hopeless . WeCame back to Saeed Sami and he was very patient , he took ownership of issue and he supported fully . Visited sahara center virgin megastore to get a Virgin Mobile sim card .. explained me better and got very good annaul deal ....person who assist me was very professional his name (Waleed) THANKS.

Went to the virgin megastore at the sahara centre mall and we were serviced by Mr. Waleed and to be honest he helped us quite nicely, would recommend people to go to the sahara centre branch if any problem persists, guarantee no problems will be faced.

If i can give 0 star i woud but unfortunately i cant so here is your 1 star. i give them my headset (razer nari ultimate) for a battery issue im writting this now and 12 days already passed with no update. i tried calling them for more than a week and i didnt get an answer. i sent an email to custemer service and i got no reply. 2 days ago they finally answered me (they told me that they didnt answer me before because they are busy with the new iphone) and they told me that they have no info about the problem and promised that they will check and get back to me. today i called them again and they told me that they still have no info because the supplier is not replying to their emails. at the end i was told that i cant do anything since they have a policy that says they can take up to 21 working days to repair my item and once it is finished they will call me.

Virgin megastore at sahara center is Friendly, often relaxed atmosphere.No one is ever too busy to help out each other , Ive been to some alot of good shops in the past but never have I felt more welcome or valued than when I visited virgin in sahara at Since then shopping gotten better and better. The Management , the Team and everyone there is helpful.

A very good store to buy things like electronics, video games, headphones and some stationary items. They have many branches in Dubai (and other cities) they also have some shirts and mugs with logos of famous movies/comics or with quotes and labels. They also have DVD and CD of movies and animations for kids and adults.They also have books in both Arabic and English for different ages to buy. What I find interesting is the variety of albums and music. They have a larger variety than other stores when it comes to music. I usually go there for concert tickets as they are usually sold there for many different international and local artists.They are however very overpriced and most of the things are not worth it.

35 minutes waiting time to buy a mobile SIM. When I arrived at Virgin shop, a single employee was handling 3 other customers while there were other 4 Virgin employees around who didnt (probably coulnt) help. At my turn, I politely told her about the long waiting time, she said you could have walked away towards Etisalat shop (not far from here). Imagine such frustrating answer after 35 min waiting. There was no que system, no place to sit down. The operations manager shall be questioned; however this leaves Virgin with a low rating among its competitors.

I purchased one CD- PS4 for my son on 16-9-2016 at night and it was not suitable for him and when I asked them for change next day evening they did not guide me and they lost my receipt invoice and dialed with me unprofessionally , I will not deal with Virgin any more!?I will complain to the related Government Authorities , not for money but for miss guiding me and trying to purchase the same CD of half price and they said it was sealed but it was not and no booklet inside.Sunday 18-9-2016

Dear Store Manager @ virgin megastore sahara center,Yesterday afternoon I called at your store to know the current offer about ps4 games, the represtative said that “ we have a combo offer 3 video games ( uncharted 4 + last of us + gran turismo = 158 AED).” Then I requested them to book a combo offer for me. He took my mobile number and name for booking.When I visited the store @ 8pm in the evening that time also all sales person were offering the same combo offer but at the time of payment they said that the offer is no more, we have stock but we can’t sale.I wanted to know if the offer was already finished then why it was in the display, then why sales person were insisting me to grab that offer.I am very much disappointed with the store management because they were misleading me.For me it’s a waste of time and had a very bad experience about that store.

Good day. I am a regular visitor and customer of VMS as you are really classy and well organized. I tried to look for a product at your deira city center branch but could not find it there. I was wondering if there is a way to know if you have the product available, without me travelling to other VMS branches. I had purchased this product from the UK few years ago and I was informed by a friend that you will have it since it is UK brand. I need reusable white sheets for writing and presentations. It is better than using flip charts and wasting paper. the UK brand is called magic reusable whiteboard sheets and it comes in a roll of 10 or 20 sheets. Kindly let me know if you have it available at your sharjah sahara center branch. thank you.

Hi, i just want to complain about what your staff did to us. a very rude staff name Anas Al Haj. staff on Virgin Megastore Sahara Centre branch. the incident was on December 2, 2016 around 6:50 pm. me and my cousin went to virgin megastore to check if they have a canon dslr battery because i need to have a spare battery for my camera. we saw our cousin there as she was also staff and working there and then i ask her if they have a battery and she told me wait i will ask the other staff and she ask another guy(i think hes name starts with H,couldnt remember properly),then he said that they dont have a battery for canon only they have is camera. So after that one of my cousin also ask the the lady staff (who is our cousin) if how much the wireless mouse. After she said the price that was the time we end conversation on her and we go around on the store to check other stuff after a few minutes the lady staff (who is my cousin) told us that to just leave the store because the In charge told her why she was talking to us a long time. and i was wondering why he need tell that to her and i dont know what was the problem on that. She was working on sales so it was the first move to talk to the customer. So ask if i can talk to the In charge and ask him what was the problem on that your staff dont allow to talk to us and he told me that i need to talk to her (who is my cousin) outside the store if we want to talk to her. So i am wondering are the virgin megastore allow the staff to sale or work outside the store? so i ask him what was hes name and he let me saw hes name on the badge. The name was Anas Al Haj written on the name badge, just wearing a white T-shirt thin guy, hes not wearing the red vest like the other staff,he told me yes you can have my name but you need to go out on this store. is that was the customer treat on your store. telling your customer to GO OUT OF THIS STORE... so what we did is to go out the store to prevent scandal but that time we go out and directly go to the customer service and file a complain and they said it was very wrong and they will send my complain on the mall management. please give this rude guy proper training on how to treat customer (Customer Service). so it will not happen on other customer... thank you so much...
