They are very professional, I needed a part for my Maxwell windlass, Maxwell Marine sent my requirement to them as they are their distributor in UAE, Exalto Emirates contacted me immediately and delivered the part to my home next day. Excellent follow up and support, it was a very small part and its cost was around 100 aed but they followed up immediately and offered if I want to take my Maxwell windlass unit to them for repair or they can send their technician to check it or if I need only the part and I install it. I chose to get only the part and they delivered immediately next day to my home. Special thanks to Edison and John as this excellent customer service.
