I am a regular customer since many years: (dubai branches) yesterday night I visited sharjah branch. The worst experience ever. The lady over there was very rude to customers. Hope the company give training to their staff on this. Extremely disappointed.

Products are really good.But the attitude of lady was really bad.She did not help with product details.Was throughout in phone.

The staff were not that helpful and friendly and seemed confused as the rates mentioned by them were not the same as in the system. Rest for the brand is good as you get all sorts of stuff like hand washes, perfumes, body lotions, scented candles, scented sanitizer gels etc

They have great quality and variety of products which gives alluring smell in our body. Good promotion offers are going own now. I have bought 4 products and they only charged for the highest two. Amazing gifts options were available in this showroom. They must improve customer assistance. 2 sales persons were there. One guy was really helpful however the other lady showed some kinda attitude which was not professional.
