Henna was not nice as usual and prices were doubled because of Eid vacation which was shocking and unexpected.

Over priced for average service average quality

I love Grand Flora and this Sharjah branch is spacious, clean with helpful staff. However, giving 3 stars because I got my hair colored by Aisha in November 2019 and I was not happy with the service. Unfortunately, she took another customer in between my treatment and left the color on for too long which resulted in a very light color and damaged hair. At the time of service I was so tired and she convinced me that it looks good so I didnt argue much but overtime after several washes I am regretting it. :(

There location is convenient. The staff are sO lovely, friendly and professional. Their Henna services are great, specially Indian design Henna is more than marvelous.

In this hard times of pandemic Grand Flora salon has proven to be the safest and cleanest salon. They follow the most careful routine of sanitization and fully groomed to make the customer feel safe and happy. I give them a 5* for salon during this hard times of corona.

The salon is large, but the services are not of the required level and the prices are exaggerated for the service, and the henna is of a lower level than the normal and at very exaggerated prices compared to the salon branches in Dubai. We wish more credibility and reasonable prices!
