Good service.. i get my waxing done from here and the staff maira is very friendly. I would recommend my friends for this.

The worth salon ever ... so rude and unprofessional staff. The hairdresser lady was putting hair color and she spend 3 pack of the color on my half hair , down she left without color ... she is by purpose spend more amount color on top and for down she said not enough... I have long hair more than 8 years (same longest) and I always color full hair for 3 pack in other saloons .... worth worth.. ladies just never ever visit this salon again ... Staff even doesnt speak English well , and in front of the costumer talking with each other loudly without mask , DISGUSTING DISGUSTING

I had been there at the hair spa salon DAMAS Al Taawun for the first time it wasn’t bad. I did my manucure and pedicure it was ok. Today I went there for another service but they had an electrical prob so no AC the lady over there told me to wait but she didn’t say that I could go and comeback. I asked the manager of the salon to go to another brunch for I can do my nails she said no it’s not possible.... even it’s the same Salon Damas. The manager was so rude with a bad attitude she doesn’t know how to speak with her customers at all, sincerely I’ll never go back again even I didn’t finished my services with them and today they didn’t check my fever not even sanitize my clothes... it’s not appropriate at all

If I could rate this saloon less than one star I would. The customer service is very very bad.There hair dressers were fighting each other in front of the customers and in some cases fighting with the customers themselves!!!! There were no respect to the customers or their rights. The worst saloon I have visited in my life! I dont advice any lady to go there.

I went to get a haircut and i specifically said no short hair. When i got up to leave i realized that my long hair was chopped short. I said chopped because it does not look cut at least equal and has no harmony in it. It is like she cut it with her eyes closed. She destroyed my hair. I also have to struggle every day now to catch it with pins as it goes in my eyes and mouth.😡😡😡 She lied that she did not touch at least my back but i have a bit of short hair in the back as well. Just dont let someone that doesnt understand what u want or that doesnt understand at least the English word NO. Dont let them ruin it for you. My baby brother wouldve cut my hair better!
