I am very disappointed. I was need my nails to be done for a bussines trip. You know how it important girls. After a week nails got black by the end of nail. Thats says which material they are using. Well, I wrote to their Instagram page and they offer me to fix it for free. Like its a kind of joke. You have to change all of your materials first, before fixing anything. Owner of this place have to be ashamed providing such a services!

Very very poor customer service. The salon didnt have a board outside (was under construction) because of which I couldnt find the salon. I called the salon multiple times to understand the location but the staff didnt mention that the board was under construction. Due to this, I reached a few minutes late for my appointment but until then they had already taken another customer and told me that I couldnt get my haircut as they were now back to back and I shouldnt have arrived late.I went with very high expectations cause of reviews online but was only highly disappointed! Worst customer service ever as the manager didnt care that I walked out, neither did they apologize.Sincere request to the owner to look into this as you can lose out on multiple customers due to poor service.

Excellent customer service.Spacious room for Moroccan bath, clean, well organized and comfortable.

Such a bad experience this time.. the lady have no idea of cutting. I just tell her to give a round shape for my daughter hairs she gives steps and make up and down cutting and cover all her fault with blow dying in the end.

They dont know how to do makeup. Please dont trust fake makeup samples of theirs.they donot use branded makeup.

I went to get a bad haircut fixed and was very happy with the result. First time I found a hairdresser in Sharjah who can properly cut a pixie haircut. My hairdressers name was Maria. I will be going to her for all my future haircuts. Thank you!

Not recommended for hair protein treatment. Please save your time and money and go anywhere else, but here. I just got my hair ruined by them. Not good products used. Gelish nails done with poor finishing.

I thought about having hair cut and hair color, liked the normal straight hair cut, it was so satisfying that I dint had to opt for color, but still i wanted color, Ms. Amal was v good and polite in convincing me about hair color but due to time constraint couldnt do. Will definitely go back in few days and recommend my friends too.

I will not recommend you girls to this salon, specially for Hair straightening, Keratin or Protein treatment, they are worst and will ruin your hair. Visit Metero Garden near Al Wahda for best Protein ,Keratin and Hair rebonding. I regret wasting my money and got worst hair treatment experience ever.

Clean, professional and welcoming staff

I asked for upper lip threading but the lady was trying to convince me to make wax because it’s easier for her but I insisted on threading because waxing gives me pimples and sensitivity, then she ended up doing the threading very harshly and ended up cutting my skin!! Although I’m a very regular costumer but never going there again

I smoothed my nails in less than a week. Four days they broke, I paid more than 300 mu of quality, ie I never used it. I never got used to my nails. Gel extensions were a month.
