One of the worst customer service i have ever seen in UAE. One of the cashier with long hair behave me very rudely. When i visit the store with my family, my son hand touch on one of the product by mistake and it fall down. But didnt happened any thing to the product. As a gesture i only show the staff which fell down. They took the item at that time.At the time of billing they charged me including that product with out even request or asking. When i ask them he talked very rudely and ask me to pay for that product as well. When i ask the item haven’t broken then he told me that you have to buy now no one will buy that product later.**First of all prices of the product are very high and if you have kids or family dont go there. ** Handle with care in case your hand touch anywhere ended up by paying for that as well.
