After years of being a regular customer, now a days the products are not of good quality. Last day I bought some chocolate cup cakes for my daughter from Al Reem and I wonder how they are maintaining the hygiene and quality of the food products. I found a dead fly on one of the cup cakes. When reported this to the management, I didnt get any feedback from them yet. So very much dissapointed and never recommend this bakery.

Their products are always extremally tasty and fresh. Im always going for specific products. But whenever we buy something new, it always surprise us. Their cakes are all tasty and their texture is nice. Is hard to find good texture in cakes.. They are either too dry or too sugary. Reem Bakery bake it just right. It might not look as a luxurious bakery from the outside, just go inside and it will surprise you.

Al Reem Bakery, I used to visit often for cakes and confectioneries. Quality is good & price is very reasonable. Varities of biscuits, cookies & mixtures you can get easliy here.

Nice taste for the samosas and the puff. They have wide variety of Arabic and Indian sweets 😋

Speciality is their fruit cake which is excellent. Snacks are good like samosa, rolls, etc.

Unprofessional staff and service!They tell you a price and charge more than what is told.Be careful specially when giving your card to them, they will charge whatever they feel like!

Wow. Always been a goto place for cakes and confectioneries. Very reasonable pricing but no compromise on taste and quality!Clean and well maintained outlet and good staffs.Caters to bulk ordering and its a very frequented place.

Very bad service..we ordered a cake for bday they make other one ..its not satisfactory...u have to inform customers if there is any change in ordered menu.during time of pickup only v came to knw the cakei not ready.very bad service..

Your birthday party is a disaster for sure if you dare to buy the cake form this backary for party. They sell stale and extremely dry tasteless cake at42 aed for half kg cake . I happened to buy dark chocolate cake on 2nd march for my daughters birthday and finally I had to hide my face with shame in front of guests , so think twice before buying.ACUALLY THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR
