Was assured that I can return an item if I am not comfortable with the shoes. Went back and was told I cant because of sole damage. I guess 250 dhs shoes from this company can only withstand a few hours use. Absolutely disappointed and wont recommend anyone purchase shoes from here. Wont be returning here.

Amazing staff, Ali, Emad and honestly i forgot the third guys name but Egyptian! It was loaded, crowded with people OMG how much people was inside for the offer they made, however those three guys were there to help everyone!! They were so helpful that it felt like that they have 8 hands like an octopus!! Usually when i go to buy something it takes half an hour.. but it took me 10 minutes with the rush inside!!! It was like a zombie horde attacked them :))Keep it up and i wish the management recognize their efforts!! All the best fellas!!
