Dont ever visit the showroom on a Friday, we had a horrible experience.Firstly I contacted the customer service for the prices of the car they said that I could test drive it first then the concerned sales staff could help me with that, so I made a booking for Friday. When we arrived at the showroom there wasnt a soul present at the Renault section after roaming around for 20 minutes a sales rep greeted us, we asked him about the offer banner which was placed against car panel he said he couldnt tell us because the offer starts tomorrow so we could come back in tomorrow or we could expect a call from them (maybe), then we inquired about the test drive he told us that they dont offer test drives on a Friday! I informed him that I made an appointment with your customer support he just blatantly said that maybe the person on the phone is new or they might just not know about it. I mean why even bother opening the store on a Friday if no one is present? This was my experience on a Friday I have no clue what goes on during other days maybe its the same maybe not.

3 year Warranty is only in words: My Renault symbol which is purchased in the year 2019. suddenly one day AC stopped working on the way. I went to service center to check and rectify it as i have 3 year warranty. i went their and it took more than one hour just to check the car. again after 30 minutes agent came and said condesnor of AC is damaged, a minute jam in condensor, he says becuase of that AC is not working. i informed them to change it as i am under warranty as only one year just passed. informed me that i need to purchase the product which costs more than AED 1000 and informed me i need to pay for labor also.... wow amazing that am under 3 year warranty and i need to pay for product as well as labor charge.. what a service from renault. atlast i need to pay AED 1075 for a mistake from Renault as condensor is not working. I have bills with me and photo of damaged condensor. i will share this with all my friends in social media in order to none of my friend will purchase renalut car and keep money for service which are under warranty, i need email id of UAE head, GCC Head and Renault France complaint e-mail id to inform my experience. I will try my best using google and social media to get maximum reach.

There is an inaccuracy in the auto categories.Especially with respect to the userReview their prices and find an excellent offer according to the information of the employee .. Go to Sharjah or Abu Dhabi to preview the car in their exhibition you find it different from the category mentioned .. It wasted too much effort and time.
