This is the worst company in UAE. They are cheaters with no manners. I did an order from them 5 years ago, and then i had 500+usd left in my account as deposit (this is my money left in my account so i do an oder whenever i want). I did not do any other order after that because of there high prices. So 4 years passed and i decided to make an order with the amount left (it doesnt say anywhere that after a certain amount of time u lose ur money). So here how the story starts. I logged in into my account which was perfectly accessible and found at that the amount which is left in my deposit is not showing. So i wrote them an email about my missing deposit and why it is not showing in my account. After a couple of emails with no answer, i finally got an answer from Ilya(this person that lied and is not trustworthy) that my funds will be adjusted to my next order and the reason of them not showing my deposit is because they migrated to a new system and all previous funds were needed to clear off (so he thinks that this gives him the right to hide peoples money and if no one notices he will just keep things like that and take the money). So i continued with his play hoping that he might refund my amount to there system. So i told them to add my money to my account so i can do an order. Ilyas answer was that they will add my money once i transfer more money and the minimum order is 10000usd. Something which is a total scam and no were is mentioned such a policy. My first order from them was for a lot less. After emailing another 4 mails i got another answer from Ilya that they will transfer my money back and to provide them with my bank account that they already had(same account that i transferred the first time) and that there Finance is checking the liabilities towards my account and its a slow process that i will take 3 weeks.I could see in my account all the necessary documents and which were available in my account on there website and it took me 10 minutes to do that. To be patient i waited for 2 months and no answer to my emails from Ilya or anyone from the company and my money was not transferred or debited in my account.This is the exact situation. I have all the emails and proofs saved for anyone to see. I gave my time to explain this situation for users to be careful about this company and try to stop cheaters to continue with there act. Anything else said then what i explained is a lie. Thank you
