I had very bad experienced to this shop on April 08, 2021 1030H am. Very bad attitude costumer service of Ford and incompetent selling of spare parts. He tried me to manipulate to get the damaged parts but then I refused because this is not unusual. Reminder to all,Be vigilant to double check the parts before you get home because no guarantee it will be replaced. I hope the management of this shop would listen to my complaint and do necessary disciplinary actions to this guy.
