Pay by card or cash. It does not get better than this. Their rates are the best of what I have seen till date. They deal with all original, OE and after market, and will give you rates for all. The worse company I have ever worked with. Placed order for items, not only did they deliver a late they also didnt have some of the parts and they didnt tell me about it. They told me they dont have the parts on the day of delivery.Placed order for a part from Germany, was supposed to receive it in 10 days and I did full payment, its been almost a month and whenever I message them they immediately go offline.If I didnt have my money stuck with them as they refuse to refund me I wont not have worked with them again,I even called the manager to complain about their failure to deliver on time and all he kept saying was we are sorry these things happen. They literally just want your money, after than you have to chase them ever single day to get your parts. Contacted them for a Mercedes part. Was told it has to be ordered from Germany, 10 days wait. I asked them to order and they confirmed it was ordered.Didnt hear from them for 20 days so I contacted them and they say they cant order the part. Not sure why I was told its ordered and they waited 3 weeks to update me that it cant be ordered.0 communication or updates, I had to chase them, avoid at all costs.

Bought a brake booster from this company for my 10 year old Mercedes-Benz and dealt with Mohammed (Sales Manager) and Sahul via WhatsApp and they were fantastic to deal with. Ive bought parts from Al Thahabi on several occasions, their pricing and service have been excellent. Most recently, I had a problem with my car rear brakes. Very bad customer service. Purchased AC compressor from them and didn’t use it. We agreed on returning the item for a refund. All that happened about 3 months ago and since then I have been calling them almost everyday for the refund, all I hear is tomorrow I will get the refund and nothing until today.I have spoken to Rasheeda and Mirza they promised to solve the issue and I get no call back or update after that.Will not use them again after this very bad customer service.I have a case against them with trading standards in Sharjah and hopefully they will sort it out for me.

Be very careful about this untrustworthy and shady company! They will ask for your money and then give you an approximate shipping date but they will never deliver on time. You always have to chase them for an update and they keep telling you will let you know tomorrow. I also still have a balance with them and when I asked for a refund, they refused and said that I needed to buy something else from them. Heed my words, steer clear from them, you will lose money and client, as I did.Let me clariffy:1. I lost the client because you constantly changed the shipping dates for over two months as such the client had to go elsewhere.2. The balance I am referring to is an overpayment that i did on the parts i ordered. As such i am entitled to a refund which you are refusing to give back.

I would urge all customers to be extremely careful while they visit this shop. They have the worst customer service ever. They have unqualified staff who advise wrong parts and their delivery is very late not as per agreed. Their management would try to cover their staff by trying to offer free stuff to customers with bad experiences in order to hide their true identity. The delivery boy brought along a machine for credit card payment which was helpful. Badruddin, the person handling the WA number did a great job in coordinating. Responses were quick and precise. A good change from my past experience with them. Increasing the rating by one star!!ORIGINAL REVIEW-Neutral experience with the staff. Ive picked up a few parts from there and had parts home delivered as well. The person handling their WA number is incompetent. Ive been asking for the availability of a grommet since months and he has been ignoring it. He keeps telling me he will get back to me but never does. Apart from that, my experience with them has been ok.EDIT: I received a call from the concerned person with details on the grommet and the customary sob stories after putting up this review. Since the part was to be ordered, i had to visit their store and make an advance payment which I did the following weekend. 10 days later, it was delivered to my home.

I bought two fans (cooling fan and AC fan) for my car. My car overheated in the middle of Sheikh Zayed road because both fans stopped working after two months. Contacted Al Thahabi and they told me Sorry Sir electronic parts dont have a warranty. Two fans old + Two new fans + Recovery truck + Additional labour cost= 2000AED. Save yourself time and money and dont buy Chinese parts form Al Thahabi.Hopefully I will not have a head gasket problem (overheated engine) then the damage will be 5000+ AEDReply: To be precisely 3 months (30.04).
