When Liberty knew how to handle customers satisfactions. I could say this place is the worst. You have to wait forever just to talk to one thier service guy and sometimes they tell me they are either on training or having a break.

Staff are very professional, friendly and service is punctual. The service is trusted and always there is a follow up call to make sure that all went well. However, the prices are a little on the pricey side (I asked about windshield wipers-just the rubber piece- and the price is 250 dirhams which is a little expensive). I hope they would reconsider their prices.

Its unbelievable how unprofessional they are one of the worst showroom I had to deal with for service they are beyond lazy and refuse to do or check what the customer wants or need, I had to shout and be very rude to them and the manager to get the job done on my car, everytime I said my car had a problem they just ignore it and tell me they cant find any problem so I should come back next time, its sad that even I was interested to buy a new GMC I decided not to because of the service center really was a nightmare experience dealing with them. Even when they got the job done I have never seen any showroom in UAE where they return your car all dusty and tell you that no we washed your car 2 days ago.If I could give a zero rating I would.

Unfortunately!!!It was the biggest mistake that i bought a car from alghandi i dont know is it from the car or the car dealer

I was having issue with my car regards to overheating, left my car there for inspection, after 1 day i called them to ask what is wrong with the car, the guys told me still we are checking, 2 day i called them back again the guys told me your engine is down taped all over, this will cost 9k to 10k. I told him that i will take my car in afternoon, i went there picked up my car and drove back to local mechanic he said issue is with radiator we need to replace with new. He said keep it for 1 day, next day again i went car is perfect no issue with engine nothing he took 1300 for that.I dont understand what is the reason for charging that much when issue is small.However service station is neat and clean they maintain good standards love it, but over priced (might be because of quality of work)...

Cheater is a harsh word to say but my experience was worst totally not recommended I need to buy fuel pump for cadillac srx and I check with many spare parts dealers for that as all are saying that part will come from jebel ali and I need to wait 5 days including al ghandi but the worst thing is price all other are asking me price between 1100 to 1300 but alghandi guy give me price of 2300 aed for the same part so what should I say about that I will say totally not recommended

I have just taken in my cadillac for the first time since the move from Liberty. It just has been a frustrating experience from the beginning. It is still a frustrating experience as I am typing this review because my car is still there for 7 days now. Since dropping it off on Saturday 6th, i only received 1 call on 7th being informed my car will not be ready on that day. 6 days later, no update, they do not call you, they do not answer their calls. I even had to go there and I was promised someone will call me back but that never happened. I finally managed to get through and there receptionist could not connect me to any service advisor. She insisted and promised someone or her will call me back in 5 min, 1 hour later I am writing this review, while waiting on the phone for 15 mins for someone to pick up.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL service advisors. I even feel pained to give them 1 star as my preference would be to give no star
