I had the bad experience ever with online shop, i was waiting 16 days and believe or not i got ignored and not answering my inquiries. and when you ask the answer will be ( you don’t understand we had more than 300 customer other than you) anyway until this moment i didn’t receive my money or the parts. Prices are very good but communication is extremely poor.Huge delays in getting quotes and no any updates from their side. Its basically one man doing all the work. They definitely need to hire more staff to distribute the workload.Hopefully the management will make some improvements.
