This is the best service center ever ! Staff are very professional and customer friendly. Rasvi had dealt with an issue I had with my Mazda 6. Excellent customer service skills. I am super happy with the work done and will definitely come back. Highly recommended !

Great experience as always, both in Dubai and Sharjah. They take care of your vehicle well and are very helpful, honest and understanding. Ive heard bad talk about other car dealerships, but these guys Ive always only heard good and its true.

Do not have a nice waiting area for customers. No coffee vending machine or TV there. Do not recommend waiting here till you get your car back after service.

I took my mazda 6,2014 model to this place because of slight jerks in car, they took 11 days just to tell me what was wrong and qouted me a price extremely high.They just made the problem worst for my car, there was no oil in spark plugs and coil, when i got the car back it has oil in those parts as well.I would not recommend this centre to anyone or for that matter MAZDA to anybody.

Got my car serviced and inspected. They gave me a list of repairs required for my CX9. I asked for a quote, which they promised will share in few min. Its been almost a month and there is no response.This is not the way to get business. Wished staff was more trained and accountable.

Though I dont have free service or service contract, I always prefer to get my car serviced from agency and this is the only agency service center in sharjah. Good people with prompt delivery👍👍👍

This branch does not deserve to carry the Mazda brand name as the standard is very low compared to other branches. They scratched my car after the service and I believe this is due to the very small garage where there isnt enough space. Avoid this branch at all costs and go for SZR or Al Qouz branch and save yourself the trouble.

Sharjah Service centre is not up to the mark, but Mazda service center Sheikh zayed road Dubai is good

I went there for genuine spare parts. It was good and cheaper than the outside workshop offering prices. You could buy all Mazda genuine spares from here or if not available you could order and wait.

Good service fast as they called me to change airbags free after passing 10 years in the model of the car and the process takes 30 min and free

The only place to get mazda original parts.

Just called and inquired about a price for non GCC car, the agent was unprofessional at all! took me forever to repeat the chassis number, at the end he said its not showing, I asked if he can assist me to know where to find Mazda spare parts for non-gcc! at this point he became angry.

Service is poor and slow and their area is dirty. When you inquire for something and the manager tells you nice things about their service, dont expect them to happen. It will be the opposite. And everytime the manager tells you Ill call you back, dont expect it because he will not do it.It was a big mistake to take my car there. Its been 8days and counting for a small scratch and dent, i left my car clean inside and out and when i went there to have a look to check the status, they just left the windows open without any plastic covers on the seat. I regret leaving my car in that center. I wish i have read the reviews before i went there.

Its very hard to find the location, faded board and overgrown plants covering the board makes confusion when you are using google maps

Disinterested Staff. Called them for availability of part and major service to drop my car for a day after. They promised to call me before 1:30PM and i did not receive their call. On calling around 3:00PM i came to know they are closed by 1:30PM on Thursday. Very unprofessional.
