Extremely disappointing experience .After visiting the outlet I was provided with model and quotation for a refurbished E1 car ...I requested further details and pictures to better realize the offer ... I ve been ignored, so I had to write in order to receive requested infos ... finally I received a Quotation 20% higher than the one I was told me personally for a different Model !!!So I contacted directly the person who provide me with the ‘original’ quotation , and You guess what ?!?!At the end of the story , this person , told me that ‘ I HAD MISUNDERSTOOD ‘ the quotation itself !!!The problem was that my wife was with me , and unfortunately the only person that misunderstood HOW TO BEHAVE IN FRONT OF A CLIENT is the General Manager of the First International ...
