Number one land rover Repair Workshop in UAE I give 5 star. I have Range Rover 2014 problem Was Engine Temperature and starting too long. I was taked for testing in other shop there told me Engine is damaged need repairing the Engine and thy said it cost around 16000 Dhs I taked car and bring to this workshop. After testing my vehicle 2976 Dhs expand and my car is number one now. Thanks to owners of workshop

The shop I am sure has very skilled car engineers. However, I am writing to give this only two stars because I have not been satisfied with the customer service particularly with communication, turn around times of completing the work from leaving your car to picking it up. I wont say much more for now because I returned my car to the shop for one last time because I would like them to improve on the comments that I have made to them directly regarding how they treat their customers and their overall service. The workshop is popular but in doing so they have diluted what used to be good customer service. I recently left my car to have a stabiliser control replaced on a Monday night and gave the go ahead for the work to be conducted subject to someone from the shop contacting me to tell me the cost of the work. Three days later after trying to contact the shop on multiple numbers for an update, I eventually got through to the manager. The manager only upon me contacting him told me that he still needed to check whether they could source the relevant part adn find out the cost. I of course asked why did I have to chase for an update on the work and pricing when I was told someone would contact me the next morning? I will not comment on the trouble I had with communication before this event until the said repairs are complete. I write this review because I am immensely disappointed with the service I have received.
