Very unprofessional . Very expensive for nothing. Very famous for nothing. He is over priced in labour charge and even he has his own spare parts shop he is selling it me more expensive than if i will buy it myself from his shop .. i went for simple issue in my benz he charge me alot and next day the same problem at the car . I went back to him . Tbey stayed full day checking the car and in the end he said ita done . I took my car and next day again same problemSo take care guys when dealing with this people specifically they are not allowing you to enter the garage while they are fixing your carIam not recommending this place at all and i dont know for what he is famous to be the best garage

Yes they can fix your car and they can somehow break it too.I came to have my car fixed rather my car’s cv boots replaced as well as my radiator.It was fixed well, but came with a different issue the other day. My brake came knocking under my car. Said it was normal - hey it’s not.It is also pricey.

Visiting their workshop for BMW service. Very reasonable prices. However once during the roof change out they slightly damaged the car interior. Other than that very experienced mechanics and electrician workers. Better to bring a car in the morning then depending on spare part availability you might take it the car same day. Cost of the spare parts is very reasonable as well. I would recommend this workshop.

Been taking my bmw here for more than 3 years.much more affordable compared to dubai workshops.reliable and quite friendly.its just that i wish card payment is available for major repair,for now they insist only cash for anything above 2k payment.

This garage does not fix your car. It PURPOSELY BREAKS parts in your car and They do not repair what they broke but use CELLOTAPE around the car part. Do not come to this garage

3 times i have gone to fix one problem only to have the same thing happen on the way back to dubai. Could be a difference in culture but not professional at all in my opinion. Many times the owner will walk off mid sentence to attend to someone else who just came in. Good luck getting your questions answered if youre a woman going there without a male

The shop is more than amazing the staff there is more that helpful and always ready to work as hard as they can with no excuses, there is no car that has went to this workshop and hasn’t had a full car inspection to every single detail in it, it’s a shop to trust and be sure of the car that it’s in safe hands.

Probably good in fixing issues, but not cheaper then Dubai. During the maintenance I got a call telling me that I have to pay extra amount for additional work even though we already negotiated and finalized total price after their inspection and estimation. After questioning Mr.John why they are not informing in advance about possible extra charges, I received rude and unprofessional answers. If you really want to go there make sure that you are getting final price without possible extra charges during maintenance.

I sent my BMW for repair as I am a customer and then they gave me a high price for itemised diagnostics report.I took the car to Kaissi Auto services in Dubai, they gave a diagnostic report which surprisingly was for different issues!!! Repaired it for half the price with BMW original parts and car is running great.One thing to be ware of is that their spares shop gives higher prices to their workshop customers assuming they will not checkAfter years of being a customer with them, they gave me a high price offer for breakdowns, and after I took the car to Al-Qaisi garage in Dubai, it was fixed and the faults were different!!!! And at half the price!!! BMW original partsThe prices of the parts for the customers of the workshop are more expensive than buying them directly from their shop for parts … considering that most customers are not sure

My experience with Johns maintenance center after several years, a maintenance place that is not sincere in dealing after a long period of dealings with them. After receiving it and the last period they destroyed one of the lighting headlights and the last time I did maintenance to change the belt with them, but the car started making loud noises and I changed the battery for my Mercedes cars and a battery of less capacity was installed again and I paid to receive original spare parts but I discovered It is not original and at the last time after agreeing on maintenance costs on original spare parts, I discovered that they will install all parts that are not original and they asked for an additional amount for the original copies, despite this, I found that not all units will be original, so my experience was very bad with the center.
