Owned by the late Obaid bin Hamad Al Shamsi, the house dates back to 1845. Obaid bin Hamad Al Shamsi contributes to the traditional Gulf architecture and embodies the spirit of Sharjah. The two-storey house has 16 rooms, three of which are on the top floor, in addition to owls, appendices, staircases and air lobes known as barrages.

The best and most interesting workshops for children

A historic place in Sharjah. Nice to visit. Admission is free. You can see here what the old houses (of rich people) used to look like. It is a short but powerful visit.
