A wonderful clinic with a very professional team. I have visited other Ayurveda Clinics and doctors in UAE. But the level reached at Meznah Ayurveda here in Sharjah is quite good. Doctors and therapists are native Indian who have been in Ayurveda for quite some time. Another very important thing is that the oils, herbs and products are authentic. Absolutely all aspects of feeling as if you are in Kerala! But cheaper. Its worth it.The setting in the clinic is pleasant, relaxing and all amenities are provided. Really I recommend!

I had visited this Centre in Sharjah for my lower back treatment and was very satisfied by the treatment they had suggested. The masseur was very profesional and was very accommodative. He also gave me a few tips on how to maintain a healthy back and suggested some exercises. Doctors are very experienced and was give the right treatment. Within a few sessions I could see the results and after the end of the session i had no signs of back pain. I would recommend this clinic for any health issues if you are planning Ayurveda.

I was in the UAE for holiday and found this Ayurveda Center via Google. After my back massage I felt relaxed and the main pains had gone.I can really recommend this center. It already smells good when coming in and the oils they use are fantastic. The prices of the therapies are great too.The only thing to critizice is that the prices are not transparent. One tip: directly talk about the reason why you came here and what you expect from the therapy. Then the therapists can really help you.

Found this place while searching for a good Ayurvedic center in Sharjah. Turned out to be excellent.I had gone through a back surgery couple of years back and post surgery pain just kept escalating, the doctor reviewed my old reports & MRI and suggested me for a treatment plan for 10 days. I visited Meznah Ayurvedic Center in Sharjah last week. It is in the heart of the city, in an accessible location with ample parking both at the front and rear of the building. Staff was very friendly and they will make you feel like coming again and again. They have variety of treatments and packages for a total relaxation or for an ayurvedic curative requirements. It was a very pleasant and a total relaxing experience. They have a varied range of massages which relaxes you even on the most stressed day. There are two ways to reach heaven one through Almighty and another through MEZNAH door. Don’t get me wrong when I say reach abode heaven ..... is when you are relaxed and In peace of mind and in the hands of experts. I have an experience to tell about MEZNAH where I started off with a dislike on the way the treatment was conducted but slowly I have been seeing that change which actually an ailing patient requires. A good service is indeed a plus point but the people of 5 are like 5 fingers don’t allow you to slip and have a complaint particular both the male therapist (Arun and Ajit) and the always welcoming Dr.’s both Dr. Anupama and Dr. Bindya who are with some kind of solution to your problem. Very courteous, kind, helpful, encouraging, ready for action and like a family. The whole atmosphere in this center becomes different when you are treated... its like in-house treatment by elders in the family where both restriction and love are shown at the same time. I recall my visit to authenticated Kerala auyurvedic massage center where there are no nonsense talk just contcentrate on the area of pain and ailment... the same can be seen here.Ambience is very good gives you a feel of Kerala culture and aromatic feeling of being good and living good. Tea canister is always ready for everyone to get fresh after the relaxing treatment.
