Sevices are good, but most difficult task is need to be stand till the enquiry/process done. They are providing chair for visitors but not nearer to the enquiry place. So it makes the visitor to stand infront of them, I myself felt very bad. However they are solving all kind of problems like booking, rescheduling, cancellations and so on.Payment mode - all type of payment mode was done here.

I really wish the employees could get some energy as I see all of them are lousy at work even though they resolved my issue taking their own sweet time. A pleasant interior ambience with ample space and good lighting really spread positive energy however the people sitting their literally gives a feeling of being in a government office in India. Lots of grumpy faces inside. If any of you reading this, please smile 🤗

I came late to air India express office 8.15pm and they closed the door. They informed me to come tomorrow to buy the ticket and no staff was avaliable in air India express office only. Good advice was given by air India office staff on Friday 03.09.2021

Air india express is the worst airlines I have ever seen! Services provided by them are extremely poor and their only policy is to harass the customer as much as they can ! staff is very unprofessional and replies very rudely ! They take unnecessary charges for their own mistakes. Customer support helpline is just for a showcase as they will never answer any of your calls ! I suggest not to travel by using the services of this airlines ever ! If any of your tickets are to be refunded, they will never do that also! There is no space to give negative stars otherwise I would have given that ! Waste airlines !

I thought it must be System Error coz of website maintenance. visited the Office, got to know my ticket is cancelled. I was Shock to know this. customer care representative showed the me the IP address from where it’s been cancelled. Be careful with Website even if your checking with your booking it will automatically goes for cancellation and Air India Express Team will charge you for cancellation fee blaming its cancelled from our end .there is no cancellation details shared. Customer care service is not picking up the calls. no response for my mail send.Not recommended at all.Having really difficult time of contacting the Airline team to understand what went wrong that my booking cancelled without my confirmation. no mail share no information of refund shared.Such a prestigious Air line and such a pathetic response did not expect.Covid Situation Ban for travelling is keep extending that tension upon this airline with out information cancellation other hand tension.I would really not recommend.

Air India Express Sharjah branch always not receiving any calls even it is emergency. I can understand the current situation and workload but they can make a call center to give such important information etc. Please consider the request and upgrade the services.

People are going for ticket cancellations. There is no cancellation here for airIndia express. You only can modify the tickets until 31 Dec 2021 without any extra charges

Very very very bad experience... 9 month completed but still i did not received my refund... I would request everyone dont book ticket from Air India express... i am facing so much issue to get my refund... its auto cancelled PNR but they are not providing refund till now... i sent around 30 emails and 60 calls but no use...

I went there with queries of my own, although I had booked the ticket online. The gentleman sitting across the counter explained all the issues calmly. (Was not expecting such a good response 😍).

Long quee in friday and only one staff. So much disappointing . For taking ticket waiting period for 1 and Half hours. Online ticket booking through web for Air India express is not working in UAE. When we ask these matter to the staff, they usually says it is possible lot of people are taking. But I dont know how. I tried to book form web and app also and also used different payment cards. But nothing works. Its all about money.

The worst airline and office ever. no information is given and they keep saying come to office to even get a simple information on wheel chair assistance. In a pandemic they need to be providing assistance over phone, rather they want everyone to come to their office for littlest of things. someone called yaseen at the al quoz office refuses to give any information and being a travel agent representative of air india, want to make money/commission for every little thing.

Customer service very very very bad. Inspite of calling number of times, there was no response at all. Wonder what they really work for. Even the busiest customer care would answer calls at some point. More over offices at Sharjah and Dubai are really very poor in supporting the customers needs. Request the management to look into the matter. Service at the counter farely pleasant, although they could have guided me the same process over the phone if answered.

Went on a weekend (Friday) so found only 1 customer service agent addressing the customer. Fair queue system & decent seating arrangement for a low cost airline. Got our rescheduling done without any charges, as promised, due to flight delay of more than 3 hours.

Worst experience of flight ever with air india express. I booked the flight bcoz of time and it made me almost 18 hours delayed, route change, road transport (bus) which i hate most.

Its been a real disappointment booking tickets with air india express because when it comes to refunding the money, its a real struggle. I was told i would get a refund in 20 days but its been more than 45 days and theres no prompt response.

I have been calling in this no more than 2 days they a re not answering call only phone ringing very bad service
