Good place for learning if you a serious person.

The worst center ever. I took ICDL and they changed three teachers within 2 months. the secretary was very rude. the manager is shouting all the time and they deducted 4 classes from my 40 classes that I should take and simply told me that my course is finished. I dont recommend them at all , if there is a zero or minus stars I would use to rate them.

Worst experience in my life never seen any worst institute then this one. The staff is working like robots no idea how to behaves with visitors. The owner is the worst person literary he was shouting on me that i am not allowed to sit in the reception and asked me to stay outside because i was 20min earlier from my scheduled exam. He told me to come back only 10min before my exam. I refused to go out as i told 15min is the personvew reporting time and he told me still 5 min early and he told that its his office policy to come 10 min before exam and when i was filling the form he was saying he is getting only 8 dirham from pearsonvue on my behalf for taking my exam in his center. And saying its not enough for the electricity that i will be using to take the exam. He was in full anger no idea how to talk or behave with the visitor... The lady who was helping in starting the exam on the PCs is also like him, doesnt know how to talk or how to behave with the exam taker or visitor. 0 rated dont waste ur time here, better to go to anyother institute.The exam room is also noisy and u cant concentrate on the exam.

I will rate this as 0 stars, As per maps we need to rate atleast 1 starI have attended for pearsonvue test and this was the worst experience I ever faced at a exam center.Staff working here they least care about the candidate and ignores candidate most of the timeI have reached institute 15 mins before the test [as instructed in the website for the test], Exam center staff asked me to wait, I waited for next 40 mins and no response from staffWhen I asked about my test, Im getting late for test - they replied we know when to start [Rude way].Finally pre-requisites for exam started after sometime, they asked to sign couple of sheets - when i asked what is the purpose of the sheets [because i wanted to know just for information] - they replied Do as I say, and its none of your business to ask the purpose.After a long discussion then they replied that This is part of requirements [If they replied this before, I could have signed and proceeded to next steps]after signatures, Finally I was allowed to exam and finished my test.Really bad experience

Staff need to learn how to deal with customers...I had a cisco exam....i reached before the exam time with 25 min as cisco recommends...they told me still early...u can come after 10 min...i stayed in the waiting area in the reception..they told me not allowed to stay here...i told them SERIOUSLY what is this waiting area for..and the lady replied that this is our procedures...so i waited outside in the street till the exam time....worst experience ever .....not recommending it to anyone

Highly unprofessional, rude, loud and worst center to take the exam.The owner has uncooperative behavior as he is the one managing all the things there. Wont go again in this center...

Great place, available seats most of the time.

Did exam there for pearsonvue, the room was noisy and the seats were too close for comfort. Bad experience overall.

Bad Center The ICDL curriculum is out of date 2010. And students do not know that there are new curricula. The administration, especially the director, has a frowning face and always screams and they have no respect for the students .. The secretary is a director with the rank of director who carries out the orders of the angry principal and is never courteous with the students. Old devices. The place is not clean. The teachers are good, but it seems that the director interferes and controls everything .. In short, about the experience of a center that does not deserve even one star.

If you took the course online, Abarkley ... the secretary is dealing with a gharib, you feel that you are working for her, they dont know they treat people.
