I went in emergency for my cat but they were closed and they even did not mention their emergency contact number on their door . They should have 24/7 OnCall emergency services for pets . As we care for human beings we must take care of our pets too. Really disappointed

Worst service ever and very rude and unprofessional staff!!! Never take your pet there if u love them they are the worstWorst experience ever.. the vet is very unprofessional he took 1 min to examine the kitten and diagnosed her and gave her injection and told me thats all.. when i asked him what did you give my kitten he stared at me like how can i ask what medicines she is taking, and he refuses to tell me and i had to ask 3 times so he will tell me what medicines so i can know as i have the right to know especially that my kitten has high fever and he didnt even give any medicine for her fever he gave antihistamine and refused to tell me which one. i have never encounter such service in my life they dont provide receipt no details nothing of what they do they only take the money and be rude why i am asking for what was given..I had to rush immediately to another clinic where they actually found out her fever is 39 and immediately gave her antipyretic.

Great docs with wealth of experience and they understand my cats needs. The overnight stays are decent prices for cats. Wish there was more space for her there.

They named as welfare, I am having an emergency for my cat as she is having miscarriage. I keep on calling rheit emergency number and other numbers on their websites and none of it is been picked up. Its Eid holidays anf am struggling to get medical aid for ny loving cat.

I have brought three different pets throughout the years to this vet, a parrot, a cat and a rabbit. Each and every one of them died after a day of leaving the vet. Today i took my 2 months old rabbit because he wasnt cleaning himself and he seemed itchy, they administarted medicine for him and gave him a shot. Note that before going to the vet my rabbit was energic and eating well. He died after 2 hours of leaving the vet. I honestly dont recommend this vet to anyone if you want your lovely pet to stay alive and by your side.

Please SAVE YOUR LOVED PETS by not taking them to this clinic. Wrong diagnosis, injections overdose of steroids and antibiotics. Our pet STARTEDVOMITING/DIARRHEA AND SHAKING for almost 2 weeks until we decided to take him to Dubai for treatment and surgery. Dont take your pet to this clinic if you love them THEY WILL SUFFER.

Best vet in RAK. They took great care of my cat and were very helpful, they are closed on Friday but they dr still came to the vet to take in my sick cat because i was very worried.

Thanks to the young and well experienced Dr. Amr, who tried his best to save my aging pet, a German Shepherd.As all his vital organs had failed, as proved by the Elaborate Blood Test, Dr Amr advised me that prolonging the life of my pet, could only prolong his suffering.It was a very painful decision for me to allow his peaceful exit.Thanks to the constructive advise of Dr Amr, that his timely intervention relieved my pet from suffering even more.During those last moments, he made a painless and happy exit after gathering the strength to raise his head and kiss my wife on her face, while resting in her lap.

I would never come to this place ever. I dont recommend pet parents to ever come here. I think doctor here doesnt understand how to treat pets, in fact makes them more sick.
