This business is nothing but a scam. Terrible service. Slow and rude workers. All I can recommend the company is to replace their workers. They dont want you in the shop. Not only that but when my flight was cancelled, no one informed me even though they were supposed to. Be careful when you work with them and use their services. Double check the information given by them by the trusted companies and original Fly Dubai workers or else you will fall into the trap of attending a cancelled flight.

Please do not go this shop. They don’t want you to come to them. The gentleman sitting behind the desk (Short hair, glasses) tried his level best to be as unprofessional and rude as humanly possible. Feel sorry for Fly Dubai as their shop has a huge logo of Fly Dubai outside on the shop and at first I thought it was a fly dubai office. But actually it’s just a travel agency who are focused on providing the worst experience possible.Personally I feel asked to have such a disgraceful service in Ras Al Khaimah which is known for its warm behaviors towards customers.Fortunately there are multiple travel agencies just next door. Go to any one of them but avoid this shop at all cost.

For a ticket of 1800 AED they are demanding 50 AED fee! Crazy company!
