We have asked a quotation to extend a friends visit visa. The agent miscalculated the dates or grace periods or didnt get the correct information from immigration? Thats irrelevant.At the end our friend had to pay 585 AED in fines for overstaying! Kohinoor refused to cover the costs of their own mistake.
