I bought a 2021 land cruiser after have more then 10 vehicules bought from them and this is the way i was treated:1-received the car with 50% tint instead of 30%2-car was dirty inside out as per the pics attached3- driving on the road after leaving the showroom paper flew on other car almost made an accident i was stopped to find out they did not remove some paper from underneath after antirust i had to remove the balance myself on the side of the road4- brought back the car to change the tinting windows my swiss army knife disappeared, spoke to the shop manager and he called me after 4 days and this is after my repetitive call to tell me he cant do anything5- called the customer services 4 times to complain no one return my callthe worst service ever

Ive been their client for a year and a half now. I filed one complaint before and they tried to resolve the issue. This time, I was impressed with their service. Mr Senthil, the manager was making sure the clients are well attended to. All of the staff are very accommodating. I must say, they improved. I just hope that they continue to do an excellent service to keep the clients happy.

I visited today to have a look at the cars as i am thinking of buying a new one...they welcomed me and guided me to the brand i am looking for but they were all busy with other costumers so no body answered my questions...any way i didnt like the car so i left happily :) , but generally speaking TOYOTA is the best...long lasting cars with excellent durability....

Compared to Bahrain Toyota Plaza or Branches this a poorly designed place that can Have Toyota name the creators of TPS and Lean systems.. Not impressed and paid nearly double what i pay in Bahrain for same service.

Spare parts department is closed from 1 to 2 pm for lunch even though their sign board on Main gate says they are open from 7 am to 7 pm... frustrating!!!if a staff is going for lunch, who is replacing him??how can a whole department be closed for an hour??poor experience

It is a known fact that I am not too impressed with the service industry in this part of the world.However, todays experience at Toyota UAE RAK workshop has pleasantly challenged my views.For starters:1. I did not book an appointment beforehand, so I called the Service Adviser to ask if I could come by for a major service. He obliged. This is NOT POSSIBLE in the Dubai showroom.2. I was made very comfortable at the showroom as soon as I entered - tea/coffee/water - chit chat with the Manager, etc. Dubai showroom makes you wait endlessly.3. When I asked if there was a coffee shop nearby to wait while my car was being serviced, they offered to drop me to a nearby mall. WOW. This NEVER happens in Dubai.4. After regaling me with random banter, the driver insisted on dropping me home. How sweet! So I saved my taxi bucks. :D5. The car was ready 3 hours before schedule, and I get a call asking me if they could send me a pick up to the showroom. *tears of joy*Now that is some service!Friends, I highly recommend you get your Toyotas serviced at RAK. Showroom is open on Friday and Saturday as well. عادة الخدمة ممتازة.. ولكن للاسف حدث امر مؤسف ..تم خدش السيارة لاحد العملاء وعدم اخباره ولما اكتشف في اليوم الثاني رفض الموظف الاعتراف ولما طلب العميل فتح الكميرا رفضوا.. ولكن بحمد لله كان هناك عميل مواطن vib تدخل وشارك معاها في الجدال .. وموظف ساعد الذي حضر بالصدفة ..وخوفا منه تعامل معها المدير اللبناني بكياسة وحل المشكلة .. على الشركة التعامل بصدق مع العملاء وربما لو اخبروها لكانت غضت النظر حتى لا توثر على السائق .. ولكن الكذب وعدم الامانة يستفز العميل
