Usual place but the receptionist is least b bothered to give you any information about the place or the package. Of you want to go for it its okay if you dont want to do it that is also fine. When we went to enquire about the service she hardly put any effort to make us understand the service or took us around the place. We ourselves went around and later decided not to take the service. One has to buy the towel from here if you have not got one wirh yourself.They dont pick the calls if someone is looking forward to enquire about the service beforehand so please make sure you dont waste your time travelling to this place.

The place and the pool itself is really nice. I had a nice feeling and its really works with your pressure. Very relaxing. Meanwhile 3 stars for not taking care of the place. Everything is very old and dirty. With nice intention they could make it pretty but seems nobody cares. Maybe management should think about it, so with better rating they could have more visitors. Just saying.

Great place to relax but it seems the closure of nearby hotel is impacting the business negatively - less visitors. It also needs proper maintenance - mouldy slippery stones at the bottom of the pool; broken chaise

I love that place in totality.. It has very peace vibration around.. One can swim.. Pool is not that much deep but more than 6 feet so.. 🏊 Is possible..Apart from that its very quite and easy going place.. For rejuvenation.. In khatt this is place where I feel like going.. They charge only 50 Dhs.I would recommend this place for those who are looking for peaceful environment.

I have been visiting place since childhood. It was developed and equipped with proper and clean toilets and showers. The fee is reasonable ( 52.5 Dirhams per person) and they provide you with a towel. You can buy a short if you forgot to bring one. The places is decided into two sections. One for me and another for ladies. Few years back the place was more tidy and cleaner.

Like this lovely place. Always include it in my trip itinerary when I travel to Jebel Jais or RAK with my love ones and/or friends.

They charge 52 bucks but lacks cleaning and most of the shower pipes are damaged. Its ok if u wish to try warm water in a swimming pool but not something which is recommended.

Scenic location with one side mountain and the other side of valley.... hot spring is amazing with natural look as the pool is of with stone bottom and tile paved and handrail walkway... nice staff... ask for towels and delivered with no delay, nothing bad for such a cheaper price

This is good place located in mountain valley natural historical hot spring where people go with families i used to go in our childhood with our family we love that place

Pretty average place. Lacks class, pretty medicore. In need of a major upgrade. The only highlight is the hot spring pool, yes its a little teeny weeny pool with mosquitoes all over the place. The changing rooms are just sad, only cold water, toilets are in another section completely.

Nice spring, hot water. The toilet is not clean as expected since it operated by golden tulip. The ticket is 50 AED for public and 20 AED for hotel residence.

The spring water is routed to the pools which is maintained by the RAK municipality. Its not in its natural surrounding for which I deduct one star. It is open for visitors at a payment of AED 50.The pool also has an adjecent Aurvedic spa center.The various massage treatments are fairly priced and are good value for money.Its a good place for a family outing with kids.

Very bad hotel i dont know how it was given 4 star hotel. There is no mini bar in rooms a small frodge. U want extra towel u need to ask of it one day before to get it.very bad it should not be rated as 4 star

If you are in the UAE in winter and travel by car, for example, in the direction of Mount Jebel Jais, then you should call in this place. Ticket - 52 aed, towel provided, shower, lockers, dressing room available. Unlimited time. Women are separate from men and their pool is smaller. The water temperature is very comfortable. An excellent place for recreation in the natural hot mineral water spring, in which there are two sections: a mens section and another for women, completely separate from the mens section, so that the woman feels comfortable while relaxing in the spring. There are also toilets and lockers to keep things with a lock so that each visitors things are not lost, and also a place designated for changing clothes and bathing after entering the spring, there is also a room for prayer, and there are many isolated rooms if the visitor wants to use them to preserve his privacy if he does not want to shower in the pool in which the spring Hot water ..The staff is very welcoming and helpful to all visitors.I recommend visiting it to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

As for non-local fruits you have the option to buy from the city (there is no advantage for street vendors in this case)
