Al Naeem Mall is not a very active mall. There are not many people that visit the mall giving it a very deserted feeling. Its very quiet and gave me a lonely feeling. The food court has an amazing view of the ocean and would be most ideal had it more food retailers in operation. On the day I visited, Burger King was the only food of choice available. Spar supermarket is open to customers and I got the impression that most people come to this mall to do grocery shopping at this supermarket. There are a few restaurants in operation, but as I said earlier, they do not get many customers. The best thing about this mall is the boat rentals that they have. I tried the paddle boating, and it was a fun filled and most enjoyable experience. In my opinion, the best time of day is to do it at sunset. Prices were very reasonable and I will definitely be doing this again.

The Mall is good but many outlets closed due to Covid.. The Best shop youll find in hundreds of kilometers would be Canon Outlet for Cameras and lenses and other home useful items.

The mall is a bit quieter now because of covid 19.There are good branded shops, Spar Hypermarket is the best at it.The Waterfront food court is definitely a place to try

Once home to the best brands now stands almost an empty mall with few brands.The main anchor tenant is SPAR supermarket which is pretty decent often has good deals on various items.Borders has recently opened up and has good items at discount.One by one the Restaurants have started to close up. The fitness center is okay so is magic planet and the cinema which are deserted most of the time.Overall there isn’t anything that one go and randomly visit this mall. Its there for specific shopping only.

Good place but most of the out lets are closed post to Pandemic situation. But well maintained specially spar supermarket is really nice place for shopping needs.you must see brands for you outlet this is good place for buying branded products under priced. RNB out let collection is good. Also thr is one show shop opposite to this is really good and and nice collection of footware.

Good facility, costly shops. Spar Hypermarket is there in this mall. ALDO, Dunes London and Sketcher are some of the major brands Show rooms in this mall.

Not a very crowded place. Shopping at SPAR is the one good thing one can have here. Before they had R&B, not anymore.

Used to be very good and standard mall but now a days not so popular specially after extension of manar mall. Many shops are closed or relocated to other places.

So sad to see so many shops closed, was here about 3 years ago, it was an amazing place and loved the restaurants facing the lake!!

During pre corona it was my main hub for shopping and movie. Post corona/currently it has a haunted feel as too many shops are closed due to finance /situational issue.Now there is spar super market and speciality stores like aldo, nayomi etc.. R & B was closed due to coronahike but it its working as usual.The mall itself explains the pride and legacy it had during ysteryears.

Limited shops, many shops already closed from there. Very limited peoples visiting any day.

Most of the outlets were closed and this was at midday, went to the Adidas store and the staff were absolutely useless, walk right past you without acknowledgment. I looked at some trainers for my boy that were on the top shelf and they had a security cable so I couldnt get them off the self to have a look. Asked the customer representative that I cannot get the trainers off the self to have a look and her reply was this is a outlet store. So I am to buy something without looking at it first. Ended up walking out and going to the Adidas store in manar mall and the staff there were much more helpful

It is a nice mall in RAK however I didnt go shopping there, we went and had dinner at reem al bawady with our friends it is good as the kids can go to the second floor to eat at the food court and then go to the magic planet at the third floor while you enjoy your dinner play cards and even have shisha the food tastes good specially salads and starters.

Not crowdy, walkways are narrow and so no mall feel, but like shopping centre. Cinemas have 1 +1 free ticket offer. Well known brands/showrooms are less. One supermarket is there, but not worthy. A better hypermarket can improve totally. Food court shops can also be added. Creek view restaurants are there. Enough parking is available.
