Very nice service, friendly, fast and not too expensive

A tad too expensive but delivers with care and quality.

New location...hard to find but much better space.clean and more organized.had to wait a long time even though the slip said there was 0 people ahead of me.but overall a better facility than previous one and the staff are friendly.

I recently sent a document to dubai, it costed me 60~AED very fast delivery although a bit expensive, due to the document needing insurance.

Surprised to learn about 50% increase in tariff for local courier services...Otherwise a well run organisation. The immediate growth they attained could be spoilt with such untimely decisions

All I can say is that after 9 years of terrible courier service in the UAE, and using them all:1) FedEx, DHL, and Aramex...I had a seamless and great experience. Their website had issues...so we have that..But I went into their nice big, clean new office in RAK City and was helped by the most wonderful, professional agent (Miriam, I believe) that made the whole trip worthwhile and great.Finally thank god!

VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. I have a shipment and the app says attempted delivery/customer not available. After that, nobody tried to contact me. I called the customer service and it is saying rescheduled delivery and yet I am not getting any update from Aramex. I called their call center as I want to get my parcel immediately but I was surprised that they do not know the phone number of the nearest branch to me. Customer service Hala said, they only communicate by their system so I have to wait for their text message telling me the item is ready in their office because now, my item is in their warehouse. She could not tell me as well when will I receive the text message. So they dont consider the urgency of having the shipments deliver as well. So for FAILED DELIVERY, they just keep the items in their warehouse until the customer calls them and say, please deliver my shipment.

Very bad service, not delivered on the same time.. I received sms that my order will arrived but not delivered and no body call.. When i check they mention customer not answer and i never received any call..I complained to the management but they dont take any action..I dont advice anyone to use their service for important documents or bank cards.. The chances of delay is very high

The worst currier ever, how many days the aramex messege me that my item is out of dilivery, but until now my package i did not ricieve, then yesterday the dilivery man call and said he dont have load so i will call him they dont know how to communicate the costumer, FAILED DILEVERY. FAILED DILEVERY AND WORST CURRIER EVER.

After being advised of a package from HSBC I informed ARAMAX that I was in UK. They told me they would hold the package until my return. I have now received two notices to collect the package within three days from RAK branch. No doubt they will return the package to HSNC saying it was not collected. Very poor service
