Food was so tasty..place is very nice

Ordering from Salt was a pleasant experience with no hassle at all. Service was quick, and the sliders were excellent. The staff were extra friendly and we engaged in some small talks while waiting for the food which was nice. The only downside is that compared to other food trucks nearby service was much slower, but the food made up for that.

Not much to say about the food.... why !! Cause it’s SALT with the same great quality they manage to keep all across their branches in UAE 👌🏼👏🏼After food we were offered a try of ICE-CREAM 🍦, and it’s just WOW 🤩 we tried 2 out of the 3 available flavors (Slated Caramel, LOUTS & Brownies) and all are very tasting & a great closing for the food experience.My only recommendation is about the price, it needs to be adjusted/lowered a little bit!

It was just perfect! The place was clean and the staff were accommodating and friendly.And of course, the food is yummy!!!

Very nice burgers in a really nice location

The place has some great burgers. I went there couple of time with young kids and they loved the chicken burger. Parking is plenty. They have an expanse setting. You may sit in the open and have your meal with the view of sea or inside a close room created for SALT. My kids liked this even more than McDonalds, which is a huge complement and I believe they have not used the scale yet. Only one downside was that the burger size was small that why minimum they accept order is 2 burgers. Overall fantastic.

Take away joint with decent seating areas.They provide indoor and outdoor seating.The quality of the food is good and quite tasty.Menu is small so its quick read to order quickly as well.

Heavenly burgers with beautiful scenery. The food did take a bit of time to come out (25 mins) for a couple of sliders and some sweet potato fries, but the burgers were extremely fresh when we got them so the wait was worth it. Id highly recommend visiting, its almost a must if youre visiting Al Marjan Island.

Ridiculously expensive, lemonade does not taste like lemonade. Ice creams are too expensive for the quality.

Good food. You can sit outside or inside a small transparent building. My only complaint is that the building is small and can be very hot

Their shake machine was not working which was quite disappointing. Service level was great. Portions are very small. Taste was great but prices are high.

I ordered the original beef slider and the crispy chicken slider and its was very delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I loved this restaurant and it deserve 5 stars-they have delicious food with fresh ingredients, the portion is small but as they provide 2 sliders I believe it was enough. They have a delicious icecream as well.-staff was nice and very helpful-prices: acceptable for the quality provided, they accept cash and credit and you can gain point by emirates.-location: very special in the cornish opposite to the sea. During winter it is ok to set outside and enjoy the weatherGenerally speaking....it is recommended.

I visited Salt along with my husband for the first time on our first trip to RAK, the food was just a delice. The burgers were juicy and so tasty.The customer service on an overall scale was just amazing. The staff were so welcoming and very friendly and helpful.From the time we stepped in, we were welcomed by one lady staff who took our temperature and directed us to the cashier where we could place our order, the staff at the cashier was also so helpful and explained what the burgers come with.The place is clean and neat, with sanitisers dispensers and on each table. SALT staffs really cater for the safety of the people visiting.Our order came in nice packaging and with abundant sauces selection which was a plus again. Also a couple of packaged wet towels for our convenience were offered in the food bag.Taste wise, the burgers were so delicious that we placed a second order straight after our first round.Great job by all the staff.We will definitely re visit SALT when visiting RAK.

You might need a cup of tea for this one....The ambiance is nice and the food is simply burger nothing out of the ordinary or exceptional.Fast forward to my very recent experience; I refuse to hand my bank card to the guy taking my order as I would prefer to tap my card myself since its Wi-Fi and he actually didnt like it when I said I can do myself (dont be shocked, even at times like someone would still want to have a pleasure of holding my card). After ordering I got my beeping thingy that refuse to viberate after 20mins of waiting in the cold. (Oh did I tell you I waited on the qeue for 20min to order yeap I did. )I took the initiative to walk up to the counter after I realised that my order was done and was just lying there by this time already cold. A young man by the name Rauhal was there when I requested why they could make extra effort to call me knowing some of their ringing gadget was faulty. His first response was madam what do you want me to do about that? If you dont like the food you can ask for your money or let me give it to someone else...wowww the worse customer response I have ever heard. Unfortunately for this place he kinda holds a top position. I demanded for an apology as that was rude given the situation...he told me if I dont like his service I can complain to his superiors pointing to his name tag. Its a shame that in a time when people should be treating their customers with respect these ones are insulting theirs.If you find yourself in this spot try a drive through, otherwise dont wait for the beeping gadget they hand you keep going to check if your order is ready except you dont mind eating cold burger...I dont know if I will try them anytime soon as I dont like to be insulted when paying for a service, but if I do I sure will let you know if anything has changed.

The food is delicious and so the ice-creams specially the mango coconut ice-cream.I tried the lemonade but it doesn’t worth the try!The prices are too high!I paid around 200 dhs for just two ice-creams, one lemonade, and one checkin sliders!!
