Very Poor Service.Un HygenicWashroom wasnt even working, Door cant even get locked.Food quality is also averageOrdered Madfoon Mandi, Chicken was well cooked but no Mandi taste, and Grilled Chicken ordered was almost average. Humus provided was of very poor quality. Quantity wise it was good.Prices in comparison to Quality are high.Charge Over, by changing price on menu themselves and not updating on menu.

We had ordered Chicken Madhbi for takeaway and was delivered on time and hot.The taste of Madhbi and soup was good.

Poor cleanness, toilet side, sink, floor... and staff not wearing their masks all time neither in kitchen neither in open area. From time to time youll hear sneezings, which makes you feel afraid from any infection. Management dont care if you give your notes to them or not... Needs a big improvement!

I did not like the food at all. Quality, quanity, place, staff all are underated. I told a staff to off the air condtioner but he did not make it off even on repeated request. Staff was just sitting on ground floor browing internet on there mobiles and they did not care for famlies on 1st floor and there is also no any means to call the waiters if we need any thing. We need to go at the stairs and to call them for anything required. Too much bad experience

It is not worth even a star. I ordered a grill order and they arrived late. It was all bad and had a piece of plastic in the kebab, which caused us a stomach ache. When we called them, they had a very bad way of dealing, and they did not admit their mistake, which caused us damage in the hotel we are staying in. We did not enjoy the buffet meal in the hotel.
