I’m happy with their service, my agent Ajmal is quick to respond to my queries, & I like the quiet and community feel of this place. The swimming pool made me feel at home(but I think they need to renovate the tiles), the walking and cycling path are always clean & well maintained, there are lots of good cafes & restaurants too! I’m enjoying my stay so far! ; )

The initial move-in process was a nightmare. The apartment was in a state which shouldnt have been the case. They tell you maintenance and deep cleaning will be done before you move in, yet they still left it to me to tell them what was required. The moving out process is just the same. During inspection they went around nitpicking the same issues I pointed out on the day I moved in. I was then told that Id be charged. I had taken before and after pictures and you can see a clear difference. I left the apartment in better condition yet they plan to charge me for issues that were there on the day I moved in. It appears that the practice is not to actually fix the issues, deduct the cost from your deposit then if the next tenant does not raise concerns, the charges will be on them too.The person who did the inspection seemed spiteful by asking me if I even completed a year in the unit (which I did).In addition to the above, when my water heater was leaking in the early hours of the morning, no one was available to respond to my emergency or assist within an hour. It took another 2 hours before I could even get a response. I had to contact the property developer security team to assist just to stop the water from flooding into my bedroom area.I highly recommend that you consider another agency before going for Yas. If you choose to get a unit from them, take pictures of every nook and cranny the day you move in (including the window screen by the balcony). Ask for an emergency contact number as well, for future issues.

My experience with yas properties was not so good. They were very good when I was paying them agent fee and getting apartment through them but when it was time to move out it was a headache. Unrealistic maintenance charges, delay, not picking phone calls and what not.

I had a chance to rent a property from is cunning office. what a waste of time and money.

Not recommended!Their after service is bad. We bought a flat in pacific from them and since then have been facing some of the other issue. We have been handed over wrong access card and it’s been 3 months now they have yet not replaced it. One cannot enter the building without a card and every time either me or my husband has to suffer without the card.
