Excellent service by BLS person ,Pls be on time as per your appointment,Enough parking, if you are bit early take walk to view the sea at the end if the street ,instead of standing outside ,office is small, rest all 👌👌,

Hi. I went to renew my passport at BLS Rak, the staff there was so polite and and our application was processed quickly.

Second office of BLS international in RAK. This branch of bls has literally one staff member handling everything.There aren’t much people visiting this branch thus waiting time is almost nil. The store does close at 1pm and then opens in late afternoon.Please do make sure you enquire about everything as you might think they are offering help but then you would be surprised when they charge you for things that you didn’t know about.

Just visited this place, it looks like a Cow Shed. Pathetic. I took appointment and in the appointment was told to reach 5 minutes before. However, upon reaching there the guy told me to wait for another 30 minutes. Cant complain, there is only one person in that office. I cant wait in the scorching Sun for 30 minutes. No waiting area in the 1 room office. The name is BLS international, I suggest this office to be renamed to BLS Cow Shed.

Such a huge office(sarcastically).. that it can accommodate an office staff a table and a visitors chair. Was asked asked to wait outside that means literally in road for my turn.

I have visited RAK Office my son and wife for my sons passport renewal, people are waiting outside the office at 42 degree temperature.No point of taking any appointments here . With just one staff , they cant follow the appointment.Indian consulate have to choose some place where they can provide a space to allow people to come inside and sit in this temperature.Please show some humanity.

BLS the courier company u have assign for passport delivery .Blitz Express Courier after following more than three days they told we wont deliver to RAK. i have to collect it from DUBAI i dont know what kind of courier u have assign.

The only staff who is handling this office is struggling to managing the applicants without any thermal screening or any precautionary measures. There was no body to assist the staff and all the applicants are standing outside the office.I think the EFFICIENT lady staff resigned due to the unprofessional work ethics and irresponsible BLS International management on this Covid-19 situation.

Trying to book appointment for PCC since a month and always says, no slot available. So disappointing!!!!One of the office near Indian school is good but they send you to another BLS for applying and you can never do the application process..:-(((((((

Fast service and helpful staff

I used this little office for an indian business VISA instead of driving all the way to Dubai. They got it sorted much quicker than their counterparts that offer lounge access and so on.
