Thought Ill not review here, but the response from the team compels me to do so. No response to countless phone calls, no response to messages, no response to emails, but surprisingly responds to review! Wow, appreciate it. I was expecting another false promise to fix our damaged items like many other promises given to us as well as to other customers. Im pretty sure most of the positive comments here is from their team itself. If they were loyal to their customers, we would have atleast got an apology for the mess they have created.Anyways, Im pretty sure the team would again come up with a justification comment right below.Let the attached photos do the talking.We have nothing to justify here, all we want is others to stay cautious and choose them if and only if you need the worst moving experience ever :)

Very very very poor service. The workers don’t know what they are doing. The management is EXTREMELY rude. They don’t finish the job. It was such a stressful experience. Please do not use them it is not worth the hassle!!!!!

Ruby Professional movers were just amazing ! So professional and efficient. ..... Mr Jagath went above and beyond service to give us what we wanted . After sales service is also brilliant . That don’t just forget about you ... they came especially to take away some boxes days after the move , they didn’t have to ... but they did it with a smile and at no cost . I would use them again and again

Excellent service - second time using this company - the Manager is very accommodating and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and are able to do lots of things that come about as part of a move - fixing - rehanging pictures/setting up appliances etc - would definitely recommend
